[Intro: Ray Luv]
Scared straight, the one that you hate
With pervs all be stepping with weapons
That keep my nerves on total destruction
The wrong one to be fucking with
The lyrical mastermind and 2Pacthalunatic

[Verse 1: Ray Luv]
Lovin' the ladies and treat the females with true respect
I love 'em and leave 'em and still collect on a county check
'Cause these hoes don't care they on a mission to ironside
So ride with the whoo ride I'll give ya a joy ride
So niggas be steppin' to the front with the weak shit
I'm the one you can't get with beware or you'll get hit
With a loose and very clever combination, I'm tearing up the competition like Jason
Money stack and racks and raps rip by Ray, Mishap, and Epitats
'Cause suckers are scared straight

[Verse 2: 2Pac]
Prepare for the wrath, a psychopath when this song play
Get iller than Johnny Gill and rub you the wrong way
Fuck sensitivity I get cruel when you're doing me
'Cause none of the rough stuff bitch stop pursuing me
So true to the game, it's a name you don't dare say
A lyrical lunatic when I kick it you're scared straight
Motherfucker's fall way to the roster
You step any closer and get hit with a dose of
Iller-fied pimping-ass gang to bang to
And I ain't ashamed to, get wicked with slang to
Niggas know, when I flow, I can give you mo'
Get sicker than psycho, and won't let the mic, go
Till I hear the whole crowd on they two feet
As I go through new beats, I'm running through MC's
Nigga please you dizzy, you can't take me
You stumble through breakbeats but you'll never fade me
Scared straight 'cause you hate, when I motivate
You suffer a different fate, when music I mutilate
But some of the super suckers try to stop me
I'm gunning and running the stupid motherfucker's now they jock me
What if I should trip? Or chill and a give fair break
Fuck it they feel the wrath of a motherfucker scared straight

[Chorus]
Fighting wars in the streets
Fighting… Fighting wars in the streets (Scared straight)
Fighting… Fighting wars in the streets
Fighting… Fighting wars in the streets

[Verse 3: Ray Luv]
Running through the rhyme, keepin' em 'cause I leaked the fumes
Had to pay my dues, but nigga you know you sure will lose
Now you're after me, you better bring your whole posse
Or gang of punk emcees, Ray beat 'em down relentlessly
A mastermind at work residing in the rose town
Closing foes and hosting shows and fucking them crazy hoes now
Brother black is back showing em all no mercy
One verse you'll here the hearse like…tec (when ya heard me)
The game is in affect, I'm stompin' on necks and taking respect from niggas who try to flex
And roody poo collar blue police are tryin' to sweat
I'm taking your final breath and surprising you bitch 'cause I ain't dead yet
Time to get lethal finish 'em all in the first round, no sequel
I rush em down beat 'em down, don't ask me what they hitting for I run ya down and leave ya
Fuck the pringle here's the single, now we love the evil

[Verse 4: 2Pac]
Feel the funky funk house buster you'll get rolled on
No matter how much they bring, I duck and dodge and hold on
Best a watch the swing
Nigga the game is so strong, catch me by surprise
You won't realize your hoes gone
Nigga I'm on the creep
And if I know your address, girls as good as stuck
She eating my Mr. Badness
Pac don't give a fuck, I got too many enemies
Fucking with the ginger juice the booze of fucking Hennessy
The closer they can get
But still don't let them see me sweat, suckers ain't trying to step
They know they'll be breathing they last breathe
Niggas ain't got no heart, but swear that they be rocking shit
Till they get a load of the bold ass 2Pacalypse
Tell them to bring the noise, and look like they wanna rift
Brother this is ain't a game, a crook's what's you're fucking with
Hitting him with the flurry, I'll bury him if he steps to me
Suckas can't get next to me, tripping off some ecstasy
Literal life insanity, even a form of suicide
This ain't BBD, try doing me you're do or die
Dropping them like a MAC, and smacking them like a weak bitch, nigga don't even twitch
'Cause them I'ma have to pull the switch
Victory to the switch, so fuck 'em if they, try to break
Freaking 'em with the funk left them drunk
Hella (Scared straight)

[Chorus/Outro]
Wars in the streets (Hell yeah)
Fighting wars in the streets (Scared straight)
Fighting… Fighting wars in the streets
Fighting… Fighting wars in the streets(Motherfuckers are scared straight)
Fighting… Fighting wars in the streets

2Pac

Tupac Amaru Shakur (June 16, 1971 – September 13, 1996), known by his stage names 2Pac and Makaveli, was an actor and a highly influential rapper who is considered by many to be the greatest of all-time due to the revolutionary spirit and thug passion he mixed into his music. During his music career, he made appearances in movies such as his acclaimed debut in Juice (1992), Poetic Justice (1993), and Above the Rim (1994).

Born in Harlem, New York City to Black Panther Party members Billy Garland and Afeni Shakur, Tupac would later move to Baltimore before settling in the Bay Area cities of Oakland and Marin City in the late 1980s. There, he joined his first rap group Strictly Dope with Ray Luv before connecting with Shock G and Digital Underground. He was a roadie and backup dancer for the group before his breakthrough performance on their 1991 song “Same Song.”

2Pac released his debut album 2Pacalypse Now in 1991, which featured intense storytelling on singles such as “Trapped” and “Brenda’s Got a Baby.” His sophomore album Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z featured one of his signature songs, the Digital Underground-assisted “I Get Around.” After working on the Thug Life group album in 1994, 2Pac released Me Against the World the following year, which is considered by many to be his best album, peaking at #1 on the Billboard 200 and receiving a Grammy nomination—all while he sat in prison.
