[Verse 1]
I got a thousand mile, deep hole in my chest
My lust can't take this weeks, so holdin' my breath
I'm waitin' for you, to come back around
And love me again, oh, oh
I'm in a hazard walkin' out of the stress
And I ain't safe from my own brain, I'm a mess
I'm waitin' for you, to come back around
And love me again, hmm, hmm

[Chorus]
Oh I, been callin' you
Just to justify my love
Just to justify my love
Oh I, been callin' you
Tryna justify my love
Just to testify
That I sleep in in sorrow
If only tomorrow
You love me again

[Verse 2]
I wonder who that nigga that's keepin' you warm
I wonder if you still feel me in your core
Oh are you just frontin', to even the score?
Like you don't love me no more, hmm

[Chorus]
Oh I, been callin' you
Just to justify my love
Just to justify my love
Oh I, been callin' you
Tryna justify my love
Just to testify
That I sleep in in sorrow
If only tomorrow
You love me again

[Verse 3]
No pity party, I just want you to know
When I'm awake at night, it's you that I want
After all the trials, I'll work for my smile
Will you stay around?
Yeah, yeah (Yeah, yeah)
And when it's hard for me to breathe, I'm ashamed
No I don't know too much but I know your name
I love you insane
Through all the pain
It's my claim to fame

[Instrumental Outro]

6LACK

Ricardo Valdez Valentine, better known by his stage name, 6LACK (pronounced “black”) is a singer/rapper from Zone 6, East Atlanta, Georgia. Born in Baltimore, Maryland on June 24, 1992, 6LACK moved to Atlanta at the age of five.

In 2011, 6LACK signed to an independent record label which created issues with releasing music for the next five years. Finally, after leaving the label he joined LoveRenaissance (LVRN).

Although many of his older songs have been wiped clean off the internet, his breakthrough record “PRBLMS” gained him a larger platform. 6LACK released his debut studio album FREE 6LACK on November 25, 2016. He released his sophomore album East Atlanta Love Letter on September 14, 2018.
