[Intro]
Look around me, look at what I've found
Look around me, look at what I've found

[Verse 1]
People come and people go
And that's the way it is
What does it really matter
About twenty years after?
Specialize, we modernize
Make changes day to day
One day up and one day down
Let's call it fashion

[Chorus]
Look around me, everybody tell me what to do
Look around me, I only have eyes for you
Look around me, tumbling, stumbling upside-down
Look around me, look at what I've found
Turn and turn, tell me what are you seeing
Clear your mind if you wanna be free

[Verse 2]
You know the city-slicks and politics
Now they don't bother me
As long as there's no ration
Of love and passion
Be cool, be kind
But don't be blind
To all the love I'm giving
Don't waist a minute
Get into living

[Chorus]
Look around me, everybody tell me what to do
Look around me, I only have eyes for you
Look around me, tumbeling, stumbeling upside-down
Look around me, look at what I've found

[Bridge]
Don't wait, don't be late
You don't have a second left to hesitate
Walk, talk, do it all
Nothing you can do will ever break the fall
Turn and turn, tell me what are you seeing
Clear your mind if you wanna be free
Turn and turn, tell me what are you seeing
Clear your mind if you wanna be free

[Verse 3]
Everybody
They need somebody
Everybody
They're looking at me
Everybody
They need somebody
Everybody
They're looking at me
Mmmm

[Outro / Verse 3]
Oooh, look around me, look at what I've found (oooh)
Look around me, I only have eyes for you
Oooh, look around me, look at what I've found
Look around me, ye yeah

Ace of Base

Ace of Base Is a Swedish pop group who scored a string of international hits in the early-to-mid 1990s. They’re best known for their upbeat reggae-tinged dance-pop songs, including “The Sign”, which was the biggest hit of 1994, according to The Billboard US chart.

The group’s core lineup consisted of producers Ulf “Buddha” Ekberg and Jonas “Joker” Berggren, along with singers Malin “Linn” Berggren and Jenny Berggren (the three Berggrens are siblings). In the early ’90s, their debut single “Wheel of Fortune” became a hit in Scandinavia, which led to the group connecting with producer Denniz Pop (who would later spawn the careers Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, and Max Martin).

After the group’s 1992 debut Happy Nation became an international hit (going on to sell 21 million copies), it was re-released in North America in 1993 as The Sign. Three singles from the album became top five pop hits in the US, including “All That She Wants” (#2), “Don’t Turn Around” (#4), and “The Sign” (#1 for six weeks). The Sign went on to sell over 10 million copies.
