Ten thousand miles I've travelled
Ten thousand miles an' more
Now I found myself standing
Outside of my babies door

I've been gone such a long time
I never thought I would return
Now I found myself standing in the rain
Waiting for your key to turn, yeah, yeah
Evil wind, passed me by
Troubled waters, pay me no mind
I have heard the thunder
Rolling across the sky
I have seen the morning sun
Burn on a mountain high
I have crossed the waters
That will keep them miles apart
Now I know the time has come
To make a brand new start

Evil wind, passed me by
Troubled waters, pay me no mind, Yeah
Fly plane I'm coming home again
Plane fly, like an eagle through the sky
Evil wind, troubled water
Pay me no mind; pay me no mind, oh

Oh, yeah
Evil wind, passed me by
Troubled waters, pay me no mind, yeah

Bad Company

Bad Company was not only formed as a supergroup from members of Free (Paul Rodgers and Simon Kirke), Mott the Hoople (Mick Ralphs), and King Crimson (Boz Burrell), but also was immediately signed as the first act on Led Zeppelin’s new label, Swan Song.

So they had a charmed life, from the start. And they made good on everything it promised. They had so many hits we just don’t wanna type them all in with the fancy markup here, so just check them out for yourself, listed by popularity on this very page. Suffice it to say there are few hard blues-rock bands with more songs that hit the US charts.

Here’s one of them, Bad Company, by Bad Company, off the album Bad
