Blown in the breeze
Falling like leaves
Give me a chance to recover
Deep in you eyes
Half of me lies
Let me be more than a lover
Let me be more than a lover

Oh, let it be known
You're my heart, your my home
You're the world that I wanna discover
All I can give is the way that I live
And I wanna be more than a lover
Oh, let me be more than a lover

Lovers are like
Stars in the night
Never quite touching each other
Deep in your eyes
Half of me lies
Let me be more than a lover
Let me be more than a lover

Oh, let it be known
You're my heart, your my home
You're the world that I wanna discover
All I can give is the way that I live
And I wanna be more than a lover
Oh, let me be more than a lover

Ad Libs...

Oh, let it be known
You're my heart, your my home
You're the world that I wanna discover
All I can give is the way that I live
And I wanna be more than a lover
Oh, let me be more than a lover

Ad Libs...

Let me be more than a lover

Bonnie Tyler

Bonnie Tyler (born Gaynor Hopkins) was born on June 8, 1951 in Skewen, Wales. She was one of the most famous singers in the 80’s and is known for her noticeably rough and husky vocals.

Her first single, charting at #9 in her home country, “Lost In France,” put her in the public eye. After a bit of silence throughout the late 70s and early 80s, her best-selling and best-performing single on the charts of all time, “Total Eclipse of The Heart,” was released. Her 5th album, Faster Than The Speed of Night, also topped the charts in a few countries possibly because it contained Total Eclipse. Another notable song, “Holding Out for a Hero,” was released one year later for the Footloose soundtrack.

Tyler married Robert Sullivan, an Olympic judo contestant in 1973. They have no children. As of 2018, she is 66 years old and still in good health.
