How do I, say goodbye, to what we had?
The good times that made us laugh, outweigh the bad, ohhh

I thought we'd get, to see forever
But forever's gone away
It's so hard, to say goodbye, to yesterday

I don't know, where the road, is going to lead
All I know, is where we've been, and what we been through, oooh

If we get to see tomorrow,(ooooooohhhhhhhh)
I hope it's worth all the wait
It's so hard, to say goodbye, to yesterday

And I'll take, with me the memories
To be my sunshine after the rain
It's so hard, to say goodbye, to yesterday (2x)

Boyz II Men

Boyz II Men is an R&B vocal quartet from Philadelphia who became the most successful pop group of the 1990s. They’re best known for their passionate ballads, including the number one hits “End of The Road,” “On Bended Knee,” and “I’ll Make Love To You.”

An early version of the group was founded by Nathan Morris in the mid 1980s while attending the Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts, where he recruited students Wanya Morris, Shawn Stockman, and Michael McCary. Singer Marc Nelson was also an early member, but left the group before their big break.

The group—who took its name from New Edition’s song “Boys To Men”—was discovered in 1988 after auditioning for New Edition’s Michael Bivins backstage at a concert. Bivins signed the group to his management company and secured them a contract with Motown Records.
