[Intro]
Little things, little things mean a lot
Little things mean a lot

[Verse 1]
Little things mean a lot
When I wanted someone to give me the world
You accepted me and smiled
And let me know that you were my girl
When I wanted fancy things
Gold watches, diamond rings
You gave me your hand
'Cause only you could understand

[Chorus]
Little things mean a lot
Appreciate what you got
If you give all what you have
It's forever we'll last
Don't sit around and wait for all
The great things in your life (sweetie)
Little things mean
Little things mean
Little things mean a lot

[Verse 2]
Giving me the best doesn't mean
Giving me happiness
I'll be satisfied with anything that comes close
I don't wanna settle for less but if I do
I must confess I won't take it
If it's not from your heart
Sometimes we get wrapped up
In all the fancy things but
Don't expect life to be perfect
It don't come with static cling

[Chorus]
Little things mean a lot
Appreciate what you got
If you give all what you have
It's forever we'll last
Don't sit around and wait for all
The great things in your life (sweetie)
Little things mean
Little things mean
Little things mean a lot

Boyz II Men

Boyz II Men is an R&B vocal quartet from Philadelphia who became the most successful pop group of the 1990s. They’re best known for their passionate ballads, including the number one hits “End of The Road,” “On Bended Knee,” and “I’ll Make Love To You.”

An early version of the group was founded by Nathan Morris in the mid 1980s while attending the Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts, where he recruited students Wanya Morris, Shawn Stockman, and Michael McCary. Singer Marc Nelson was also an early member, but left the group before their big break.

The group—who took its name from New Edition’s song “Boys To Men”—was discovered in 1988 after auditioning for New Edition’s Michael Bivins backstage at a concert. Bivins signed the group to his management company and secured them a contract with Motown Records.
