[Verse 1: Oliver Sykes]
You said you can't get to heaven unless you get high
But there's no word of hell on the way back down
You said it's now or never, you only live once
Would you be so quick to walk over my grave?
You said you'll never be younger than you are tonight
Now I've never felt weaker in all of my life
You said it's only a one-off, only a line
But now it's a circle all of the time

[Verse 2: Josh Scogin]
Well, it's a one-man cult, and he's serving his line
It's a "Lust for Life", but it's a lifeless wine
He kissed her hand, and then he found out her name
It's Death, and now he can't seem to wake
Can't run with the foxes and yet hunt with the wolf
Can't run with the foxes and yet hunt with the wolf

[Bridge: Oliver Sykes & Josh Scogin]
Tell me the truth, are you addicted?
Tell me the truth, are you addicted?
Tell me the truth

[Chorus: Oliver Sykes & Josh Scogin]
I think I'm losing my mind, I think I'm losing my mind
They say the poison's in the dosage, and they must be right
Left with panic attacks and death riding our backs
It all looks so much worse on the way back down
I think I'm losing my mind, I think I'm losing my mind
They say the poison's in the dosage, and they must be right
Left with panic attacks and death riding our backs
It all looks so much worse on the way back down

[Outro: Oliver Sykes & Josh Scogin]
I'm so fucked up since I hit the ground
I'm so fucked up since I hit the ground
Revive me

Bring Me The Horizon

Bring Me The Horizon are a British alternative rock band from Sheffield, Yorkshire—often stylised as simply “BMTH” or shortened to “Bring Me.” Formed in 2003, the group currently consists of lead vocalist Oliver “Oli” Sykes, lead guitarist Lee Malia, bassist Matt Kean, drummer Matt Nicholls, and keyboardist Jordan Fish.

The name of the band was taken from Captain Jack Sparrow’s line in the first Pirates of the Caribbean which he “Bring me that horizon.” Oli stated in an interview with Spin how the name connects with his vision of the

Right at the end of the film—it might even be the very last line—Johnny Depp says, “Bring me that horizon.” That was really inspiring. I was still living with my parents in Sheffield, England, when the movie came out [in 2003]. For me and the band, playing music was always wrapped up with the idea of touring and traveling and seeing the rest of England and the rest of the world. We never thought doing that was possible, but that’s what we wanted to do. So that quote sort of stands in for our feeling of wanting to see what the planet had to offer.
