Mmm yeah, put your funky dancin' shoes together while
I brought to you my funky sounds. Ahaa, we ain't gonna
Play this song forever. Everybody, come on, gather 'round

I'm gonna blow your mind. (I'm gonna blow your mind.)
I'm gonna blow your mind. (I'm gonna blow your mind.)
I'm gonna blow your mind. I'm gonna blow your mind
I'm gonna blow your mind. I'm gonna blow your mind

Aaa, you may think your mind is fine, you have a doubt
Funky music is really what I'm all about. Aah, I don't promise
You to take you higher. Stick around and I will light your fire

E-he-hee! E-he-he-he-hee!

Don't this blow your mind? Don't this blow your mind?
Don't this blow your mind? Don't this blow your mind?

Commodores

Commodores are an American funk/soul band, which was at its peak in the late 1970s through the mid 1980s. The members of the group met as mostly freshmen at Tuskegee Institute (now Tuskegee University) in 1968, and signed with Motown in November 1972, having first caught the public eye opening for The Jackson 5 while on tour.
