[Intro: J Black]
This view is everything
Shit, I could get used to this

[Verse 1: J Black]
Curtains wide open, let the sun shine
You know I gotta fuck you like this sometimes
She was walkin' 'round naked lookin' just like breakfast, shit
I can make it quick, that's enough time (Oh yeah)
How you so fly, you ain't been outside yet?
All the way up with that penthouse mindset
Ain't no realer state than that real estate
Everything else is in the way
By the time the smoke clears, guaranteed I hear her say

[Chorus: J Black]
This view is everything (Oh yeah)
Shit, I could get used to this
Shit, I could get used to this
I could get used to this
This shit is everything
Shit, I could get used to this
You could see a lot more (More)
Up here on the top floor

[Verse 2: Dave East]
Projects to the penthouse (Penthouse)
Success what we been 'bout (Uh)
We just tryna win now (Win)
FN in back of that Benz now (Uh)
Let's play ball if we spin out (Play ball)
You fall, see what your friends 'bout (Uh)
Stand tall and poke your chin out
Drink 'til it's Cris' you piss out (Hah)
I feel the vibes, they pissed now (Pissed)
It's lobster, steak, and shrimp now (Woo)
They caught my man on camera
Told him stand up, we don't sit down
Roaches when we was kids
Now it's chauffeurs, my niggas men now (Skkrt)
Readin' letters by the ocean
Trav told me don't put that pen down (Keep writin', nigga)

[Chorus: J Black & Dave East]
This view is everything (Oh yeah)
Shit, I could get used to this (Yeah, uh)
You could see a lot more when you're standin' on the top floor
It's the penthouse
Shit, I could get used to this (Oh yeah, yeah)
Shit, I could get used to this (Oh yeah, yeah)
Penthouse
Oh, yeah, yeah
Oh, yeah, yeah

[Verse 3: Dave East]
Just another nigga from the street, Louies on my feet
Up all night, it been like this for weeks (All night), we don't never sleep
Told my homie, "Let's go hit the road" (We out), he back on parole
He told me he gotta keep it solid, them other niggas told
Sixty floors up, you need a key (We up), we can't see police
Shooter's on the roof, any funny moves and he gon' squeeze (Boom)
Elevator, just press penthouse, it'll bring you right to me (PH)
The best flight you ever smoked in your life (All Money In), put you right to sleep

[Verse 4: J Black]
Just another nigga from the streets, we gettin' paid at least (Ayy)
Told them hatin' niggas wait and see, elevator, please (What's up?)
Flight rolled up, a nigga stay high (Yeah)
Up here a little crazy in the daytime (Ayy)
Sippin' Avion on the balcony, she don't wanna leave
She know I got somethin' up my sleeve, you should wait and see (Talk to me)
Now everybody know your name, right? (Hussle)
Up here I'm so out the way like (Yeah)

[Chorus: J Black]
This view is everything (Ayy)
Shit, I could get used to this (That's right)
You could see a lot more when you're standin' on the top floor
It's the penthouse (Yeah)
Shit, I could get used to this (What?)
You could see a lot more (What?)
Penthouse
