[Verse 1]
Now in your big flash motor and your wild reputation
You're ready to hit the streets
Winking at the boys, yeah, heading for the noise
Got the world at your feet
If leaving me for dead with a pistol at my head
Is your idea of how I'd feel
Well, let me tell you, honey, before you spend all of your money
I got my hands firmly on the wheel, yeah

[Chorus]
It don't matter, it don't matter, it don't matter to me
It don't matter, it don't matter, it don't matter to me

[Verse 2]
Back street lover in the cold of the evening
He takes you to a place hе knows
Says it will be fine, bettеr make up your mind
You've cut it deep and now it shows
Way past midnight and you travel through the city
You wonder what you should do
Well, baby, can't you see that you've had enough of me?
I've certainly had enough of you

[Chorus]
It don't matter, it don't matter, it don't matter to me
It don't matter, it don't matter, it don't matter to me

[Chorus]
It don't matter, it don't matter, it don't matter to me
It don't matter, it don't matter, it don't matter to me

[Interlude]
Oxford
Can you sing?
I said can you sing?
Great, we wanna hear you sing the chorus for us, alright?
It don't matter, it don't matter, it don't matter to me
Go
Louder
Wait, stop
Hello, upstairs?
Can you sing louder than these downstairs?
Can they?
Can you sing?
Let's see it
It don't matter
Louder
Everybody

[Chorus]
It don't matter, it don't matter, it don't matter to me
It don't matter, it don't matter, it don't matter to me
It don't matter, it don't matter, it don't matter to me
It don't matter, it don't matter, it don't matter to me

[Post-Chorus]
It doesn't matter
It doesn't matter
It doesn't matter

[Spoken Outro]

I think you may recognize this next song

Def Leppard

In 1977, Rick Savage, Tony Kenning, and Pete Willis were students at a secondary school in Sheffield, England. They had a band called Atomic Mass. Lead singer Joe Elliott joined later that year, and suggested a new band name. Within 10 years, that name, Def Leppard, became one of the most recognised in English rock music. To date, they have released more than 40 singles.

Def Leppard was a definitive part of the new wave of British heavy metal bands in the late 1970s. Their first three albums had tremendous momentum, each outselling the one before. Then, after the release of Pyromania in 1983, drummer Rick Allen lost his arm in a car accident. The band stuck by him through his recovery and retraining.

When Def Leppard came back, they came back hard. Their fourth album, 1987’s Hysteria, was a hard rock masterpiece that took the world by storm. By then the music video had matured as a film style, and Hysteria’s singles and videos had enough pop, sex, colour, and glam to put it over the top. Hysteria was one of the biggest-selling albums of the 1980s.
