[Intro: DeJ Loaf & Omarion]
Cannot believe I got her all alone, mmm (Mmm)
Cannot believe the timing when this song came on

[Chorus: DeJ Loaf & Omarion]
Kick me when I'm fallin', let me get up (Oh)
Kick me down and I'ma get up (Up, mmm, me down, me down)
(Girl, you know why I played this)
And I'm walkin' with my head up (Up, mmm)
It's like a jungle sometimes, it's a setup (Ooh)
(Girl, you know why I played this)

[Verse 1: DeJ Loaf & Omarion]
Bitches doin' me, I could never understand it
(He's a hard workin' man, mmm)
He's outstandin'
Make a nigga love me
He ain't see my bra or my panties (Yeah)
I feel like Mohammad Ali, yeah, I can conquer anything, mmm
Float like a butterfly and sting like a bee (Mmm)
A woman who stands for nothin' will fall for anything (Mmm)
I been takin' care of myself, I don't need for anything
(Girl, you know why I played this)
(Cannot believe I got her all alone, mmm)
Lookin' at myself in the mirror like, “Girl, you're everything”
(Girl, you know why I—)
(Cannot believe the timing when this song came on)
Lookin' at myself in the mirror like, “I'm my worst enemy”

[Chorus: DeJ Loaf, 6LACK & Omarion]
Kick me when I'm fallin', let me get up (Mmm, mmm, you catch me when I was down)
Kick me down and I'ma get up (You see me fallin', you see me fallin')
(Girl, you know why I played this)
And I'm walkin' with my head up (Up, mmm)
It's like a jungle sometimes, it's a setup (Yeah, mmm, yeah)
(Girl, you know why I played this)

[Verse 2: 6LACK]
Ayy, you're close to perfect with this shit, you like a ninety-nine
Before I leave, I hit it one more time
After everything I been through, I need that when I come and I leave
On her knees, girl, it's gon' be a breeze
I thought my love life was a setup
Pray a little, then I focused on my chakras
Now I'm hopin' that you catch up (Yeah)
I was going through some things
I told myself to keep it strong, you gotta get up
It goes to show that when my back's against the ropes, I still win when I'm fed up
(Uh) Ayy
And now with DeJ in this shit
Three-sixty-five days in this bitch
Won't stop 'til I get paid in this bitch
Hope I master every phase in this bitch
Even if I'm in a daze, I'm feelin' blessed like I'm saved in this bitch, yeah

[Chorus: DeJ Loaf, 6LACK & Omarion]
Kick me when I'm fallin', let me get up (Yeah, yeah, yeah)
Kick me down and I'ma get up (You see me fallin', yeah, yeah)
(Girl, you know why I played this)
And I'm walkin' with my head up (Up, head up, head up)
It's like a jungle sometimes, it's a setup (Mmm, mmm)
(Girl, you know why I played this)

DeJ Loaf

Trap/hip hop/r&b star Deja Trimble (born April 8, 1991), got the nickname “Loaf” in high school due to her propensity to wear loafers. The rapper/singer/songwriter is now known by her stage name, Dej Loaf (stylized as DeJ Loaf).

Tragedy struck the Detroit, Michigan native her father was killed when she was just 4 years old. As she grew up, Dej escaped from her troubles and her shyness by writing in her diary. Dej studied nursing in college for three semesters but quit to pursue a music career, supporting herself by working as a janitor.

She released her first mixtape in 2012 and rose to fame in 2014 when her single “Try Me”, went viral after rap superstar Drake gave the song a shoutout. She has since appeared on other chart-hitting songs, such as “Detroit Vs. Everybody” and “Be Real.” She was also named one of XXL’s 2015 Freshmen.
