I thought I heard you raking the coals
Underneath this lonely man's soles
Why can't you just let it all go
Then I start to go down

I heard him say life is a joke
His laugh burned like acidrain smoke
Why can't you love what you don't know
Then I start to go

Down, down, down
Way too low
I start to go down, down, down
You can't pull up anymore
Once you go down

I heard me say, what is it's worth
You just get pain for all your life's work
I'll just crawl into my black hole
Then I start to go

Down, down, down
Way too low
I start to go down, down, down
I can't pull up anymore

Once you go down, down, down
Way too low
Start to go down down down
I can't pull up anymore

My Superman's all covered in rust
All of my dreams gone bust
This time I've fallen down
I'm stuck in this rut
Maybe I'll try falling up
'Cause I've fallen far enough

I start to go
Down, down, down
Way too low
I start to go down, down, down
I can't pull up anymore

Once you go down, down, down
Way too low
I start to go down, down down
I can't pull up anymore
Once you've gone down

With 20+ years under their belts as a band, brothers Isaac, Taylor, and Zac Hanson have definitely made their mark! Five years building a fanbase as an independent band led to a meteoric rise in 1997 as they released their first commercial single, “MMMBop,” from their debut album Middle of Nowhere. The catchy, bubblegum pop appeal of the song helped make the band a household name.

A long line of hits and studio albums, multiple Grammy nominations and over 16 million album sales worldwide followed.

The band now runs an independent label while maintaining a “coveted connection with their global fanbase.”
