[Intro]
Candy sebuah, ya, masukkan ke mulut
Kemudian diputar-putar di atas lidah
Rasa manis dan sedikit asam, ceria
Everybody get! Everybody eat!

[Verse 1]
Motor 50cc
Kunaiki dan jalan-jalan
Akhir siang di hari Sabtu
Sang mentari ulala

[Pre-Chorus 1]
Mendengar music di iPod lagu penyanyi favoritku
Karena bisa membuatku terlupa
Semua hal yang tak menyenangkan

[Chorus 1]
Candy sebuah, ya, ada dalam pipi
Bagaikan mantra untuk menjadi bahagia
Everybody get! Everybody eat!
Mau pergi ke mana?
Anak perempuan selalu optimis
Dalam hidup semua masalah pasti 'kan berlalu
Sebuah permen selalu terasa dalam hati

[Verse 2]
Lari di tengah pertokoan
Melirik ke pasar loak
Dan melambaikan tangan ke teman
Lalu beli majalah

[Pre-Chorus 2]
Dan untuk menenangkan anak kecil yang suka menangis
Jikalau ada hadiah pasti
'Kan jadi lebih semangat

[Chorus 2]
Candy sebuah, ya, jika diberikan
Keluhan dan gerutu akan jadi berhenti
Everybody get! Everybody eat!
Harus berbuat apa?
Anak perempuan itu sangat labil
Selalu saja meminta sesuatu hal yang lebih
Menyenangkan daripada sekarang, mencari permen

[Bridge]
Pada saat air mata mengalir dan jatuh
Dari dalam kantong, ya, jurus itu
Fight! Everybody Fight! Everybody Fight!

[Chorus 1]
Candy sebuah, ya, ada dalam pipi
Bagaikan mantra untuk menjadi bahagia
Everybody get! Everybody eat!
Mau pergi ke mana?
Anak perempuan selalu optimis
Dalam hidup semua masalah pasti 'kan berlalu
Sebuah permen selalu terasa dalam hati

[Outro]
Everybody get! Everybody eat!
Everybody get! Everybody eat!

JKT48

JKT48 is an Indonesian idol group whose name is derived from its based city of Jakarta and the Japanese idol group AKB48. Formed in 2011, it is the first AKB48 sister group outside Japan and adopts the concept of “idols you can meet”. Fans can attend daily performances at the group’s theater, which was built as a close replica to the AKB48 Theater in Akihabara.

Producer Yasushi Akimoto decided to bring the AKB48 concept to Indonesia because the group had begun to develop a fan base in the country. Indonesia’s growing economy was seen as a potential market by many Japanese companies, and Akimoto established a franchising partnership with Dentsu Media Group Indonesia to replicate the AKB48 business model. Dentsu Media Group Indonesia then cooperate with the country’s largest media conglomerate Global Mediacom (MNC Media), the southeast Asia’s largest and most integrated media group as JKT48 official media partner.

While JKT48 does not restrict membership by nationality, applicants must be residents of Indonesia. The group has 72 (as of June 2014) members and released its first studio album Heavy Rotation on 16 February 2013 via Hits Records, a division of MNC subsidiary PT Star Media Nusantara. It performs songs by AKB48 and other sister groups that are translated into Indonesian.
