[Verse 1]
Selesai latihan bulu tangkis
Saat mentari mulai terbenam
Bersenda gurau dengan rekan setim
Menuju ke dalam ruang ganti

[Pre-Chorus 1]
Dari suatu tempat di ujung lorong terdengar
Suara tangisan yang ditutupi handuk

[Chorus 1]
Locker room boy
Kamu duduk di kursi sambil tertunduk lesu
Apa yang membuatmu begitu?
Dari celah di pintu
Siluet terlihat jika kau patah semangat
Apa harus aku bantu?

[Verse 2]
Masa remaja itu selalu
Terasa kejam dan memusingkan
Pembentukan cahaya juga bayangan
Jalan lewatnya air mata

[Pre-Chorus 2]
Bagai terpisahkan oleh tembok kesendirian
Seseorang pun terluka lalu berteriak

[Chorus 2]
Locker room boy
Kamu harus bisa bangkit dengan kekuatan sendiri
Aku yakin kamu mengerti
Aku yang memahami
Sakitnya menghapus air mataku dan ingin
Memberi keberanian

[Bridge]
Bukan salah siapa pun itu berarti
Lawan yang dihadapi adalah dirimu sendiri

[Chorus 3]
Locker room boy
Walaupun kau gemetar karena kesendirian
Jangan takut pada apa pun
Aku menutup pintu
Perlahan sampai impianmu membara lagi
Ku tak akan menghiburmu

JKT48

JKT48 is an Indonesian idol group whose name is derived from its based city of Jakarta and the Japanese idol group AKB48. Formed in 2011, it is the first AKB48 sister group outside Japan and adopts the concept of “idols you can meet”. Fans can attend daily performances at the group’s theater, which was built as a close replica to the AKB48 Theater in Akihabara.

Producer Yasushi Akimoto decided to bring the AKB48 concept to Indonesia because the group had begun to develop a fan base in the country. Indonesia’s growing economy was seen as a potential market by many Japanese companies, and Akimoto established a franchising partnership with Dentsu Media Group Indonesia to replicate the AKB48 business model. Dentsu Media Group Indonesia then cooperate with the country’s largest media conglomerate Global Mediacom (MNC Media), the southeast Asia’s largest and most integrated media group as JKT48 official media partner.

While JKT48 does not restrict membership by nationality, applicants must be residents of Indonesia. The group has 72 (as of June 2014) members and released its first studio album Heavy Rotation on 16 February 2013 via Hits Records, a division of MNC subsidiary PT Star Media Nusantara. It performs songs by AKB48 and other sister groups that are translated into Indonesian.
