[Verse 1]
You gotta help me out
It's all a blur last night
We need a taxi
'Cause you're hungover and I'm broke
I lost my fake I.D
But you lost the motel key
Spare me your freaking dirty looks now
Don't blame me

[Pre-Chorus 1]
You wanna cash out
And get the hell outta town
Don’t be a baby
Remember what you told me

[Chorus]
Shut up, and put your money where your mouth is
That's what you get for waking up in Vegas
Get up, and shake the glitter off your clothes now
That's what you get for waking up in Vegas

[Verse 2]
Why are these lights so bright?
Oh, did we get hitched last night?
Dressed up like Elvis
Why am I wearing your class ring?

[Pre-Chorus 2]
Don’t call your mother
'Cause now we’re partners in crime
Don’t be a baby
Remember what you told me

[Chorus]
Shut up, and put your money where your mouth is
That's what you get for waking up in Vegas
Get up, and shake the glitter off your clothes now
That's what you get for waking up in Vegas

[Bridge]
You got me into this
Information overload, situation lost control
Send out an S.O.S
And get some cash out
We’re gonna tear up the town
No, don’t be a baby
Remember what you told me
Remember what you told me
Remember what you told me
You told me
You told me

[Chorus]
Shut up, and put your money where your mouth is
That's what you get for waking up in Vegas
Get up, and shake the glitter off your clothes now
That's what you get for waking up in Vegas

[Outro]
That’s what you get, baby
Shake the glitter
Shake, shake, shake the glitter
Come on!
Gimme some cash out, baby
Gimme some cash out, baby

Katy Perry

Katheryn Elizabeth “Katy” Hudson (born October 25, 1984), known by her stage name Katy Perry, is an American singer, songwriter, businesswoman, philanthropist, and actress. She was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California. Having had very little exposure to mainstream pop music in her childhood, she pursued a career in gospel music as a teen and released her debut self-titled studio album in 2001. She also recorded a second solo album in 2005, (A) Katy Perry, which was scrapped.

Afterwards, Perry (her mother’s maiden name, taken to avert confusion with Kate Hudson) reinvented herself as a party girl pop star, breaking out with 2008’s One of the Boys and the #1 hits “I Kissed a Girl” and “Hot n Cold”.

Follow-up Teenage Dream (2010) equalled Michael Jackson’s record of five chart-toppers on the same album, and made Perry even more ubiquotous in the pop landscape. Following her marriage and eventual divorce from British comedian Russell Brand, she released an updated version, Teenage The Complete Confection and concert film Katy Part of Me in 2012. She released her fourth album, Prism, in 2013, along with some standalone singles, such as “Rise”.
