[Verse 1]
I think I'm addicted to romance
Showing my whole hands
Laying my cards out flat
I say, wear my heart on my sleeve
If you fuckin' with me
Anything I'll ever take back
I think I should be single
For a while
It's getting a little wild
Know when to slow down
Probably best I'm single (Uh)
To get in my zone now
To stay in my zone, oh

[Pre-Chorus]
Lord knows
My intentions are pure and my heart full of gold, oh
Lord knows
My intentions are pure, but my habits are cold

[Chorus]
Love hard, fuck harder
Serial lover, serial lover
Love hard, fuck harder
Serial lover, need to recover

[Post-Chorus]
I got bodies I'ma take to the grave
I got girls I wanna give my last name
No regrets, don't got no shame (No shame)
Playin' no games, play my way

[Verse 2]
Only wake me up if you can take that shit
Understand you're entering at your own risk
I want those nights I won't forget
Nights I can't run back with people I won't miss

[Pre-Chorus]
Oh why, Lord knows (Lord knows)
My intentions are pure and my heart full of gold
Oh, Lord knows
My intentions are pure, but my habits are cold

[Chorus]
Love hard, fuck harder
Serial lover, serial lover
Love hard, fuck harder
Serial lover, need to recover

[Post-Chorus]
I got bodies I'ma take to the grave
I got girls I wanna give my last name
No regrets, don't got no shame (No shame)
Playin' no games, play my way

Kehlani

Oakland R&B singer Kehlani Parrish, better known as just Kehlani, first found fame on America’s Got Talent in 2011. Her group Poplyfe reached the final, losing to Landau Murphy.

Kehlani left Poplyfe after the show, but her solo career stalled for contractual reasons. She finally released her début solo project, Cloud 19, in 2014. A breezy, poppy mixtape, Cloud 19 flew largely under the radar, although Complex described it as “outstanding.”

2015 was Kehlani’s break-out year. Her sophomore mixtape, You Should Be Here, featured Chance The Rapper and BJ The Chicago Kid. It earned her national attention and even a Grammy nomination for Best Urban Contemporary, although it ultimately lost out to Beauty Behind the Madness by The Weeknd.
