[Verse 1]
In the morning I'll wake up with you
There's not anything I would rather do

[Pre-Chorus]
You are more than you'll ever know
And your love teaches me to grow
You are more than my everything
And your love gives me wings

[Chorus]
Like a butterfly
Like a butterfly

[Verse 2]
Your touch
Is the one thing I know is true
My mind
Is completely devoted to you

[Pre-Chorus]
You are more than you'll ever know
And your love teaches me to grow
You are more than my everything
And your love gives me wings

[Chorus]
Like a butterfly
(And I'll dance in the sunlight)
Like a butterfly
(From the day into the night)
Like a butterfly
(When I'm in your arms)
(And I'll dance in the sunlight)
Like a butterfly
(I am safe from harm)

[Bridge]
And it mightn't last more than a day
But I'll take my chances anyway
'Cause my heart is saying it's for real
No one else has made me feel
Like a butterfly

[Chorus]
Like a butterfly
(When I'm in your arms)
Like a butterfly
(I am safe from harm)

[Middle 8]
And it mightn't last more than a day
But I'll take my chances anyway
'Cause my heart is saying it's for real
No one else has made me feel this way
And it mightn't last more than a day
But I'll take my chances anyway
'Cause my heart is saying it's for real
No one else has made me feel this way

[Chorus]
Like a butterfly
(And it mightn't last more than a day)
(But I'll take my chances anyway)
Like a butterfly
('Cause my heart is saying it's for real)
(No one else has made me feel this way)
Like a butterfly
(And I'll dance in the sunlight)
Like a butterfly
(From the day into the night)
Like a butterfly
(When I'm in your arms)
(And I'll dance in the sunlight)
Like a butterfly
(I am safe from harm)
(From the day into the night)
Like a butterfly
(When I'm in your arms)
(And I'll dance in the sunlight)
Like a butterfly
(I am safe from harm)
(From the day into the night)

Kylie Minogue

Kylie Minogue is an Australian singer, songwriter, and actress. Often referred to as the Goddess of Pop with a career spanning over 30 years, she has transformed from girl-next-door soap star to ‘90s pop starlet, and short-lived indie darling to bona fide superstar.

Kylie earned her first big break on the Australian soap opera Neighbours, playing tomboy mechanic Charlene Mitchell. An on-screen romance with Jason Donovan – who played Scott Robinson – blossomed into a real-life relationship, and their wedding on the soap drew in millions of viewers. However, her real ambition was a successful career in music, and by 1988 her debut album, Kylie, was released, reaching #1 in the UK and Australia. Notching up 10 UK Top 3 singles by 1993, she was one of the defining popstars of the early ‘90s. Her follow-ups to the debut album – Enjoy Yourself, Rhythm of Love and Let’s Get To It – all reached the Top 15 in the UK.

With a blossoming relationship with late INXS frontman Michael Hutchence, Kylie was encouraged to be more ambitious with her image and sound. As such, she left her former label, PWL, and released the daring “Confide In Me” in early 1994. Critics praised her re-invention, and the single restored the success she had somewhat lost with her previous album. Impossible Princess was another critical success but failed to make much of an impact on the charts, which led some media outlets to believe that her “15 minutes of fame” were over.
