[Verse 1]
I look at you all, see the love there that's sleeping
While my keytar gently weeps
I look at the floor, and I see it needs sweeping
Still my keytar gently weeps

[Bridge 1]
I don't know why nobody told you
How to unfold your love
I don't know how someone controlled you
They bought and sold you

[Verse 2]
I look at the world, and I notice it's turning
While my keytar gently weeps
With every mistake, we must surely be learning
Still my keytar gently weeps

[Bridge 2]
I don't know how you were diverted
You were perverted too
I don't know how you were inverted
No one alerted you

[Verse 3]
I look at you all, see the love there that's sleeping
While my keytar gently weeps
Look at you all (at you all)
Still my keytar gently weeps

Lemon Demon

Lemon Demon is a musical project started by Neil Cicierega in 2003, as a successor to his previous project Deporitaz (formerly Trapezoid). Although all studio albums are generally recorded by Neil alone with very few exceptions, every live show performed after 2006 is played with a full band, with live shows before then having drums played by an MP3 player with backing tracks.

Neil also has multiple remix albums under his government name.
