[Verse]
Yeah, I be tryna talk like they really understand us (Understand us)
I came from a place where nobody got no Santas (No)
How am I the one lucky nigga with his bands up? (Bands up)
I was just with twelve, [?] screamin' "Put your hands up" (Put your hands up)
Bitch, I'll say it one time for the niggas in the back (Back)
Where I'm from, you lose your heart and you'll never get it back (Oh)
I be thinkin' 'bout my dad, I be like, "Where this nigga at?"
'Cause he was supposed to be right next to me whilе I'm runnin' up this sack
And I ain't tryna take these pills no morе, there's too many times I relapsed (Oh)
And I know that life goes on, but it feel like I'm runnin' laps
Sometimes this feels like a dream, like I'ma wake up from a nap
Feel like everybody changin' around me, I don't know how to react
Been a long time since my dawg called (Called)
And he in the cell for long, long time
That was my loss (My loss)
And I've been tryna heal my pain, give me time, dawg (Give me time, dawg)
I'm tryna get away but there's demons in my karma (Karma)
And that nigga off a Perc', he said he not numb (He not numb)
They say, "When you asleep, you feel your best"
'Cause when you awake, shit not enough
But I'll be here when you call (Call)

Lil Mosey

Lathan Moses Stanley Echols (b. January 25, 2002), better known by his stage name Lil Mosey, is a rapper from Seattle, Washington.

He first garnered buzz via Sound Cloud and Instagram with a string of singles. He first started to make noise with his song “Pull Up,” but the track’s success was soon eclipsed by “Noticed.” The popularity of these songs among others landed him a spot as an opener on his label-mate Juice WRLD’s WRLD Domination tour, and a record deal with Interscope in 2018.

In October 2018, Mosey’s first commercial mixtape Northsbest was released (not to be confused with his 2017 mixtape NorthsBest, which shares the same name).
