[Verse 1]
I found the truth beneath your lies
And true love never has to hide
I'll trade your broken wings for mine
I've seen your scars and kissed your crime, oh
(Seen your scars and kissed your crime)

[Chorus]
So many people that I know, they're just tryna touch ya (Ah)
Kiss up, rub up, feel up
Kiss up, rub up, feel up on you (Ah)
Give you some time to prove that I can trust you, uh
Kiss up, rub up, feel up
Kiss up, rub up, feel up on you (Ah)

[Post-Chorus]
All night long
All night long

[Verse 2]
Our love was stronger than your pride
Beyond your darkness, I'm your light (Oh)
If you get deep, you touch my mind
Baptize your tears and dry your eyes
(Baptize your tears and dry your eyes)

[Chorus]
So many people that I know, they'rе just tryna touch ya (Ah)
Kiss up, rub up, feel up
Kiss up, rub up, feel up on you (Ah)

[Post-Chorus]
All night long
All night long

[Bridge]
Baptize your tears and
Baptize your tеars and
Baptize your tears and
Baptize your tears and

[Chorus]
So many people that I know, they're just tryna touch ya (Baptize your tears and)
Kiss up, rub up, feel up
Kiss up, rub up, feel up on you (Baptize your tears and)
Give you some time to prove that I can trust you, uh
Kiss up, rub up, feel up
Kiss up, rub up, feel up on you

Marika Hackman

Marika Hackman is an English singer-songwriter, born in Hampshire in 1992.

Marika’s music is predominantly led by her acoustic guitar, which she began to learn by herself at the age of twelve. Her lyrics are dark and often focus on twisted, anatomical imagery to convey feelings of love. Her vocal delivery is restrained and often very quiet, which serves to intensity the alluring discomfort of her material.

Hackman works mainly with English producer Charlie Andrew, known for his work with English Alternative Rock band alt-j. Hackman is credited as a guest vocalist on the band’s song “Warm Foothills” and sings the final verse and refrain of their song “Last Year”.
