[Verse 1]
I know so many boys and girls
People all across the world
We walk and talk and think alike
We all cry the same tears at night

[Pre-Chorus]
Ever since my dreams have changed
I'm crashing down like a paper plane
Nothing ever stays the same
But all I know is life is strange

[Chorus]
Don't know what I'm doing with my life
But maybe there's no wrong or right
'Cause everybody feels the same
And all we know is life is strange (Ah)
All we know is life is strange (Ah)
All we know is life is strange

[Verse 2]
We're in the future, living fast
Can never make a moment last
Is it ever gonna be enough
To love another and be loved?

[Pre-Chorus]
Ever since my dreams have changed
I'm crashing down like a paper plane
Nothing ever stays the same
But all I know is life is strange

[Chorus]
Don't know what I'm doing with my life
But maybe there's no wrong or right
'Cause everybody feels the same
And all we know is life is strange (Ah)
All we know is life is strange (Ah)
All we know is life is strange

[Bridge]
And I thought that I had lost my mind
Scared I was the only one, I didn't realize
Seems like everybody's having the best time of their lives
But we don't know what's going on at any given time

[Chorus]
Don't know what I'm doing with my life
But maybe there's no wrong or right
'Cause everybody feels the same
And all we know is life is strange (Ah)
All we know is life is strange (Ah)
All we know is life is strange (Ah)
And all we know is life is strange (Ah)
All we know is life is strange

Marina Diamandis

Marina Lambrini Diamandis, better known as MARINA (formerly Marina and the Diamonds), is a Welsh singer-songwriter and musician.

Growing up in Wales, England and Greece, Marina became “obsessed with becoming a singer, almost as if it was a disease.” After moving to London, it took four years before she established herself as a singer-songwriter. After several independently-released EPs, she placed second on the BBC Sound of 2010 list. In 2010, her debut album, The Family Jewels, was released to critical acclaim and chart success, eventually being certified Gold in the UK.

Her 2012 sophomore album, Electra Heart, was a concept album in which she embraced the titular persona—a vapid, blonde “straight-up pop star” who arose out of her label’s demands for a more commercial pop sound and Marina’s desire to maintain artistic integrity. It became her most successful album, debuting atop the UK, Scotland and Ireland album charts.
