[Spoken Intro]
For those of you tonight that might be missing somebody
Loved one, I don't know
But, this is for each and every one of y'all tonight, that's missing somebody
And if you know this, just help me sing it, the whole place, whoever don't want to
But please, the ones that do, help me out

[Verse 1]
I'm not in love
(L.A., let me see y'all wave your hands from side to side and feel this one, from side to side, y'all)
It's just some kind of thing I'm goin' through (What?)
Goin' through (What?), goin' through (Uh), yeah
And it's not infatuation, oh no no no
Ain't nothin' goin' on between me and you (Who?)
Me and you (Who?), me and you, yeah

[Pre-Chorus]
But I dream about it every night, baby, yeah
Wanting you here with me
And making love to me
And oh

[Chorus]
I'm missing you like crazy
Body and soul is achin'
I'm out of control
Missing you so

I'm missing you
Missing you
Missing you, oh
I'm missing you
I'm missing you
Missing you

[Verse 2]
But I'm not in love, oh no no no no no, no
But that's what I just keep tellin' myself
Over and over and over and over and over again, yeah
And I'm not the least bit amused by it, baby
But still I don't wanna be with nobody else
No no no

[Pre-Chorus]
But I dream about it all the time, oh
Touchin' and kissin' me
And making love to me
And oh

[Chorus]
I'm missing you like crazy
(Oh, I'm missing you like crazy)
Body and soul is achin'
I'm out of control
(Out of control, out of control, I missed you)
Missing you so
(Oh, I am missing you so)

[Bridge]
Lord knows I'm tryin' to keep him out of my head
I ain't tryin' to love no one, no no
I ain't tryin' to get hurt again
You understand what I'm sayin'?
But there's something that just gets in my skin
And all I know is I can't let go
And that's the way it is

[Chorus]
I'm missing you like crazy
(Oh, I'm missing you like crazy)
Body and soul is achin'
I'm out of control
Missing you so
(Oh, I, I, I, I)

[Bridge]
Missing you
Trying to go somewhere, y'all
Missing you
Oh, but I'm gonna be missing
I'm missing you
Yeah, you got somebody out there tonight
Missing you
That you might be missing, let 'em know
I'm missing you
Oh, I just got a few questions, y'all, tonight
Missing you
Can we have a moment of silence tonight, y'all?
I'm missing you
Because there's some people that I'm missing, you better believe it
Missing you
And I wanna know if you miss
I'm missing you
Do you miss 2Pac tonight, y'all?
Missing you
Do you miss Biggie Smalls tonight, y'all?
I'm missing you
Do you miss Eazy-E? Yeah yeah yeah
Missing you
Oh, they died too young, oh yeah yeah yeah
I'm missing you
I don't want it to be you, yeah yeah yeah yeah
Missing you
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
I'm missing you
Yeah, yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
Missing you
Oh, I don't want you to be missing
I'm missing you
Yeah, yeah yeah yeah yeah, yeah yeah yeah yeah
Missing you
Oh oh oh oh, oh
I'm out of control
Yes, I'm out of control 'cause I can't take it no more
Missing you so
I don't wanna be missing
I don't wanna be missing nobody no more, y'all
Stick with me, please don't go away
But I know that when I'm gone
When I'm gone I'm gonna miss you
I'm gonna miss you, Los Angeles
I'm missing you

Mary J. Blige

Mary Jane Blige (b. Jan 11 1971) grew up in the projects of Yonkers, New York. A random decision to record a cover of “Caught Up in the Rapture” by Anita Baker in a pop-up recording booth at a mall led MJB to getting signed by Uptown Entertainment. After providing background vocals on Father MC’s hit single “I’ll Do 4 U” in 1990, a young intern at Uptown named Sean “Puffy” Combs ended up executive producing Mary’s 1992 debut album What’s The 411?. Fusing hip-hop beats with Mary’s soulful voice earned her the nickname “Queen of Hip-Hop Soul”.

She followed up her debut with a string of critically acclaimed albums, including 1994’s My Life and 1997’s Share My World, as well as hit singles such as “Not Gon' Cry,” “Family Affair,” “Be Without You,” and “Just Fine.”

She also collaborated with rappers on a number of tracks, including Jay-Z’s “Can’t Knock the Hustle,” Ghostface Killah’s “All That I Got is You,” Wyclef’s “911,” Common’s “Come Close,” and Method Man’s “I’ll Be There for You/All I Need to Get By,” which was a platinum hit and won the two of them a Grammy Award in 1996 for Best Rap Performance By a Duo or Group.
