[Intro: Kid Capri]
Flavor beyond control
Once again, it’s the midnight rocker, the Kid Capri
Doing this one on the crazy down low with Mary J. Blige
The Hip Hop Queen in this, you nam’sayin’
So y’all just lay back, chill, get booted, and all that
And let us do this
And we out…

[Chorus: K-Ci & JoJo]
(Oh-ho) If lovin’ you is all that I have to do (No no, no no)
I don’t wanna do anything else (Oh yeah, ah baby, baby)
If lovin’ you is all that I have to do
I don’t wanna do anything else
If lovin’ you is all that I have to do (No no, no no)
I don’t wanna do anything else
(I don't wanna do anything else, baby, baby)
If lovin’ you is all that I have to do (No no, no no)
I don’t wanna do anything else (Listen, baby)

[Verse 1: K-Ci]
Every night and day I dream of another way
To tell you something good
I don’t think that I’m understood
You walk away and I frown
With my head hung far down
You tell me what is wrong
You just wanna be loved all night long, baby

[Chorus: K-Ci & JoJo]
If lovin’ you is all that I have to do
(I don't wanna do)
I don’t wanna do anything else
(Yeah, won't you tell me, baby)
If lovin’ you is all that I have to do (Oh-ho)
I don’t wanna do anything else
(I don't wanna do, ooh, Mary, Mary, Mary, Mary)

[Verse 2: Mary J Blige]
You told me a thousand times
That you would be mine all mine
I do everything for you
But in your smile I still can’t find
Now you tell me this
This is something that I can’t miss
And all you want to do
Is to love me for me and I'll love you for you

[Chorus: K-Ci & JoJo + Mary J. Blige]
If lovin’ you is all that I have to do
I don’t wanna do anything else
(I don't wanna do, I don't wanna do anything else)
If lovin’ you is all that I have to do
(I don't wanna do anything else)
I don’t wanna do anything else

[Bridge: K-Ci & Mary J. Blige]
[K-Ci]
Listen baby, now that I know I’m gonna make love to you
So let it open up your heart
And let me in where I belong

[MJB]
If lovin’ you was all that I have to do
Then it won’t be wrong, baby

[K-Ci & MJB]
‘Cause we belong together, baby, yeah yeah yeah

Together, we will be as one
Just me and you, you, you, you, you

[Chorus: K-Ci & JoJo]
If lovin’ you is all that I have to do
I don’t wanna do anything else

[Bump (over chorus): K-Ci & Mary J. Blige]
Will you love me? (I will love you)
Will you please me? (I will please you)
Girl, don’t leave me (I won’t leave you)
Let's make it easy (I’ll make it easy)
Will you love me? (I will love you)
Will you please me? (I will please you)
Girl, don’t leave me (I won’t leave you)
Let's make it easy (Oh)
They could take my possessions, oh oh oh
They could never take your love away from me
Oh, oh, oh, oh no, Mary Mary Mary Mary Mary
See, now listen, with every breath I breathe
And every beat of my heart
I know that no one, I know that no one can tear us apart
Oh no
‘Cause I love you, baby
I love you, too
And I need you
I need you, too
Yeah, ah yeah, if lovin' you...
Stay with me more than just a day
And you know, you know, you know
Oh no, no
I love you
You make me feel so good, baby

[Outro: K-Ci & JoJo]
If lovin’ you is all that I have to do

Mary J. Blige

Mary Jane Blige (b. Jan 11 1971) grew up in the projects of Yonkers, New York. A random decision to record a cover of “Caught Up in the Rapture” by Anita Baker in a pop-up recording booth at a mall led MJB to getting signed by Uptown Entertainment. After providing background vocals on Father MC’s hit single “I’ll Do 4 U” in 1990, a young intern at Uptown named Sean “Puffy” Combs ended up executive producing Mary’s 1992 debut album What’s The 411?. Fusing hip-hop beats with Mary’s soulful voice earned her the nickname “Queen of Hip-Hop Soul”.

She followed up her debut with a string of critically acclaimed albums, including 1994’s My Life and 1997’s Share My World, as well as hit singles such as “Not Gon' Cry,” “Family Affair,” “Be Without You,” and “Just Fine.”

She also collaborated with rappers on a number of tracks, including Jay-Z’s “Can’t Knock the Hustle,” Ghostface Killah’s “All That I Got is You,” Wyclef’s “911,” Common’s “Come Close,” and Method Man’s “I’ll Be There for You/All I Need to Get By,” which was a platinum hit and won the two of them a Grammy Award in 1996 for Best Rap Performance By a Duo or Group.
