Sleepin on a master plan, but yet and still
I got skills to come hard like shaquille
Check the grammar, Slow your roll, Here comes the quick flows
Hammer too legit flows, They need us from the get go
Uh, back in action
Time for some rhymes, For some ends so my pockets'll be fattened
Matter of fact, In a couple minutes i'll be paid again
Another phat lp to be made again
Hammer, Hammer, I am!
Hype like mike, So you can say I'm the

[Daz]
Jam!

[Hammer]
Smooth as satin concrete as stone
Take my time to rock a rhyme, Once again it's on
Take two, One two three different mc's
They really can't see me

[Daz]
Who?

[Hammer]
You can't touch this, So rush this oh slow temp flow
MC Hammer, Untouchable mental flow

Chorus 4x

[Hammer]
I'm too legit to stop, I got more flows to kick

[Kurupt]
I kicks it, I gets wicked like that and this

[Hammer]
It's so many things that's confusing
Ya diss, Ya losin, Ya don't know the different flows I be using

[Daz]
So uh

[Hammer]
Remember, Timber is filmed down
It's time to let em know hammer's comin back around
So knock knock to the boogie ya don't stop
I got a couple more lines to drop
On the one

[Daz]
Too many underestimated

[Hammer]
On the two

[Daz]
They can't believe what I created

[Hammer]
Am I smooth?

[Daz]
I don't think so

[Hammer]
And that's too real

[Kurupt]
Can ya feel it?

[Hammer]
I drop hits like holyfield

[Daz]
Damn

[Hammer]
Take my time before I start composing
It's like this, It's like this is how it goes and
Now ya know whenever ya seein the hammer rollin
Bet he roll, Hold I roll rollin through oakland, Oakland

Chorus 4x

[Daz]
Now

[Hammer]
I done seen a lotta people go from one to ten

[Daz]
Really dough

[Hammer]
Hammer'll wreck it from beginning to end
Comin direct, Check yourself or get checked
Step, I kicks back and I collect
I recollect, That my technique is tight
It's unknown what the average mc might write
I'm ice colder, So diss at me, You're going under
Believe me, Ya man ain't stevie so don't wonder
I hammer mc's for tryin to go against this
Me against no six, Or face the consequence
For tryin to get in my position

[Daz]
For all those who're essential, so

[Hammer]
To all y'all backwards untalented unactive wanna be hard rap stars

[Daz]
Now is this too much?
The fact that they can't touch this

[Hammer]
I'm unmatched, Never mediocre
Tell batman hammer's loonier than joker
Uh, So quick to jump up
That macker fama lama hammer grammar'll have things pumped up
Fool, I thought you knew

[Daz]
What else would you expect from a g that's kickin game to you?

[Hammer]
It's like one two, I'm pretty sure you can't tell it's dope
You try to diss but couldn't see me wit a telescope

Chorus 5x

[Hammer-Repeat 4x]
Sleep wit it, Sleep wit it

[Daz-Repeat until fade]
Keep sleepin on a master plan

MC Hammer

Stanley Kirk Burrell (born 30 March 1962), better known by his stage name MC Hammer, is an American rapper, dancer, entrepreneur, spokesman and occasional actor from Oakland, California. He had his greatest commercial success and popularity from the late 1980s until the late 1990s. Remembered for his rapid rise to fame, Hammer is known for his hit records (such as “U Can’t Touch This” and “2 Legit 2 Quit”), flashy dance movements, choreography and his trademark Hammer pants. Hammer’s superstar-status and entertaining showmanship made him a household name and Hip-Hop icon. He has sold more than fifty million records worldwide.

A multi-award winner, MC Hammer is considered a pioneer and innovator of pop rap, and is the first Hip-Hop artist to achieve diamond status for an album. Hammer was later considered a sellout due in part to overexposure as an entertainer, and as a result of being too “commercial” when Rap was “hardcore”, then his image later becoming increasingly “gritty” to once again adapt to the ever-changing landscape of rap. Burrell became a preacher during the late 1990s with a Christian ministry program called MC Hammer and Friends. Additionally, he starred in a Saturday morning cartoon called Hammerman in 1991 and was executive producer of his own reality show called Hammertime which aired during the summer of 2009. Prior to becoming ordained, Hammer signed to Suge Knight’s Death Row Records in 1995.

Throughout his career, Hammer has managed his own recording business. As a result, he has created and produced his own acts including Oaktown’s 3.5.7, Common Unity, Special Generation, Analise, One Cause One Effect, Teabag, Dom Kimberley, Geeman, DRS, Pleasure Ellis, B Angie B, Stooge Playaz, Ho Frat Hoo! and Wee Wee, among others. A part of additional record labels, he has collaborated and has been associated with 2Pac, Teddy Riley, Felton Pilate, Tha Dogg Pound, The Whole 9, Deion Sanders, and Big Daddy Kane, as well as others.
