[Intro: Method Man]
You and I 'til the day we die
Yo, yo

[Verse 1: Method Man & D'Angelo]
Ex-girlfriend, how you been?
I see you still tryin' to fuck with other women men
Remember when I first met you at your cousin's house?
A week later, we was crushin' on your mama couch (Ah, no)
Now it's been said that big girls, they don't cry
But they damn sure lie, I look you in the eye
Sayin' you they only
You and I 'til the day we die
Said you'd never leave me lonely
Fly tenderoni, but you phony
Shoulda listened when my mama told me (Uh)
Soon as I turn my back, you tryna fuck my homies
That was then, this is now, I got a new friend
Evеr since I cut them loose еnds, you wanna bone me
Add strife to my life, pussy that'll make me think twice
About leavin' the wife even, picture that
You ain't want me when you had me
Now you on your third baby-daddy
And you hate to see a nigga happy
So you tryin' mad ways to trap me
Looking at my girl nasty, tryna throw the pussy at me (Uh)
Fuck you mean?

[Interlude]
(Now look at this bitch over here tryin' to act like me)
(Uh-huh, fuck that bitch, she must like leftovers)

[Chorus: D'Angelo & Method Man]
I'm still lovin' you, babe (You and I 'til the day we die)
I'm still lovin' you, babe (Uh-huh, uh-huh)
I'm still lovin' you, babe (You and I 'til the day we die)
I'm still lovin' you, babe
I'm still lovin' you, babe (You and I 'til the day we die)
I'm still little lovin' you, babe (Ooh, ooh)
I'm still lovin' you, babe (You and I 'til the day we die)
Even if you're just — uh-uh, we ain't doin' that

[Outro]
This is for you, bro
Blessings always, respect
Give him his roses now, yo, D'Angelo, yo (Yes, sir)
Respect
Method Man, Redman, salute, salute
Uh, legends, kings, Method Red, DJ Scratch
Man, they killed that shit! (Oh, my God)
Oh, my God, that was a, that was a surprise
Oh, man (Wow)
They killed that shit, goddamn (Wow, man)
(So what's next, man?) What's next?
Shit, since they killed it, I just say we throw on "1000 Deaths"

Method Man

Method Man (born Clifford Smith on March 2, 1971) is a Grammy-winning rapper and actor who is one of the breakout members of Staten Island’s Wu-Tang Clan. On their seminal 1993 debut album Enter the 36 Chambers, Mr. Mef made his name known with his namesake solo track among other standout appearances throughout the album. He was also the first member of the group to release a solo album when he put out Tical in 1994.

In 1996, Method Man won a Grammy with Mary J. Blige in the Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group category for their collaboration “I’ll Be There for You/You’re All I Need.” Meth has gone on to release several solo albums while continuing to contribute to Wu-Tang projects, and he also released two collaborative albums with his partner-in-rhyme Redman in 1999 (Blackout!) and 2009 (Blackout! 2).

He parlayed his success in the music business into television and film roles. He has appeared in The Wire, Belly, The Breaks, The Deuce, Luke Cage, and he’s the host of the rap battle TV show Drop the Mic. He also starred alongside Redman in their short-lived FOX sitcom Method & Red and the movie How High, which is named after their 1995 collaboration. He has also been featured in multiple Def Jam fighting video games, including Def Jam Vendetta and Def Jam Fight For NY.
