[Verse 1: Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson]
Tired of injustice
Tired of the schemes
The lies are disgusting
So what does it mean, damn it?
Kicking me down
I got to get up
As jacked as it sounds
The whole system sucks, damn it

[Verse 2: Janet Jackson]
Peek in the shadow
Come into the light
You tell me I'm wrong
Then you better prove you're right!
You're selling out souls but I
I care about mine
I've got to get stronger
And I won't give up the fight

[Pre-Chorus: Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson]
With such confusion don't it make you want to scream?
(Make you want to scream?)
Your bash abusing victimize within the scheme
You try to cope with every lie they scrutinize
Somebody please have mercy, cause I just can't take it

[Chorus: Both]
Stop pressuring me, just stop pressuring me
Stop pressuring me, make me want to scream
Stop pressuring me, just stop pressuring me
Stop pressuring me, make you want to scream

[Verse 2: Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson]
Tired of you telling
The story your way
You're causing confusion
You think it's okay, damn it
Keep changing the rules
While you're playing the game
I can't take it much longer
I think I might go insane

[Pre-Chorus: Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson]
With such confusion don't it make you want to scream? (Make you want to scream?)
Your bash abusing victimize within the scheme
You find your pleasure scandalizing every lie
Oh Father, please have mercy, 'cause I just can't take it

[Chorus: Both]
Stop pressuring me, just stop pressuring me
Stop pressuring me, make me want to scream
Stop pressuring me, just stop pressuring me
Stop fuckin' with me, make me want to scream

[Bridge: Janet Jackson]
Oh my God, can't believe what I saw as I turned on the TV
This evening, I was disgusted by all the injustice, all the injustice (All the injustice)
[News Man]
(A man has been brutally beaten to death by police
After being wrongly
Identified as a robbery suspect!
The man was an 18 year-old black male!)

[Pre-Chorus: Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson]
With such collusions don't it make you want to scream? (Make you want to scream?)
Your bash abusing victimize within the scheme!
You try to cope with every lie they scrutinize!

[Outro: Both]
Oh brother please have mercy, cause I just can't take it!
Stop pressuring me, just stop pressuring me
Stop pressuring me, make me want to scream
Stop pressuring me, just stop pressuring me
Stop pressuring me, make me want to scream!
Stop pressuring me, just stop pressuring me
Stop pressuring me, make me want to scream!
Stop pressuring me, just stop pressuring me
Stop pressuring me, make me want to scream!

Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson was born on August 29, 1958, in Gary, Indiana. Jackson began his career when he was seven years old as the lead singer of the Jackson 5, breaking into stardom in 1969 after signing into Motown. The Jackson 5’s first four singles all peaked at number one on the Billboard 100, and soon after Michael pursued a solo career.

His breakthrough fifth album, 1979’s Off The Wall produced four top ten hits (including “Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough”) and sold 20 million copies, establishing him as a household name. The album was followed with 1982’s Thriller, which became the best selling album of all time, and was the first album to feature seven top 10 singles, including “Billie Jean” and “Beat It.”

In 1985, Michael contributed to the collaboration single “We Are The World”, which remains one of the best-selling singles of all time and raised nearly $65 million for famine relief.
