[Intro - Scarecrow (Dorothy)]
Ease On Down...
Ease On...Down the Road (Ah!)
Ease On Down...
Ease On, Down the Road
Ease On Down
Ease On, Down the Road! Woah!

Da-da...Come on Dorothy, don't you carry nothing
That might be a load
Come on, Ah!
(Oh! There it is!)

[Refrain - Scarecrow/Dorothy]
Come on and ease on down, ease on down the road
Come on and ease on down, ease on down the road
Don't you carry nothing that might be a load
Come on, ease on down, ease on down, down the road

Come on and ease on down, ease on down the road
Come on and ease on down, ease on down the road
Don't you carry nothing that might be a load
Come on, ease on down, ease on down, down the road

[Verse 1]
Pick your left foot up when your right foot's down
(Come on legs keep movin', don't you lose no ground)
You just keep on keepin' on the road that you choose
Don't you give up walkin', 'cause you gave up shoes, no

[Refrain]
Come on and ease on down, ease on down the road
Come on and ease on down, ease on down the road
Don't you carry nothing that might be a load
Come on, ease on down, ease on down, down the road

[Verse 2]
'Cause there may be times when you think you lost your mind
(And the steps you're takin' leave you three, four steps behind)
But the road you're walking might be long sometimes
You just keep on steppin' and you'll be just fine, yeah

[Refrain]
Ease on down, ease on down the road
Ease on down, ease on down the road
Don't you carry nothing that might be a load
Come on, ease on down, ease on down, down the...

[Verse 3]
Oh, there may be times when you wish you wasn't born
(And you wake one morning just to find that your courage's gone)
But just know that feeling only last a little while
You just stick with us and we'll show you how to smile, yeah

[Bridge x5, repeat 'till fade - Chorus]
Get 'em up, goin' down, ease on down
Get 'em up, goin' down, ease on down
Get 'em up, goin' down, ease on down
Get 'em up, get 'em up, ease on down the road

Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson was born on August 29, 1958, in Gary, Indiana. Jackson began his career when he was seven years old as the lead singer of the Jackson 5, breaking into stardom in 1969 after signing into Motown. The Jackson 5’s first four singles all peaked at number one on the Billboard 100, and soon after Michael pursued a solo career.

His breakthrough fifth album, 1979’s Off The Wall produced four top ten hits (including “Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough”) and sold 20 million copies, establishing him as a household name. The album was followed with 1982’s Thriller, which became the best selling album of all time, and was the first album to feature seven top 10 singles, including “Billie Jean” and “Beat It.”

In 1985, Michael contributed to the collaboration single “We Are The World”, which remains one of the best-selling singles of all time and raised nearly $65 million for famine relief.
