[Verse 1]
The teacher said I had my head in the clouds
They directed, I suspected, disconnected
Hat in my way

[Verse 2]
On the street, I had my feet on the ground
Stood corrected, well protected, resurrected
Had it my way

[Chorus]
I've got my feet in the clouds, got my head on the ground
I know that I'm not a square as long as they're not around
But I find it very, very, very, very, very, very hard
Yes, I find it very, very, very, very, very, very hard

[Verse 3]
Love is fab, it's like a stab in the heart
My hidden treasure, made to measure, for my pleasure
I had it my way

[Chorus]
I've got my feet in the clouds, got my head on the ground
I know that I'm not a square as long as they're not around
But I find it very, very, very, very, very, very hard
Oh, I find it very, very, very, very, very, very hard
Yes, I find it very, very, very, very, very, very hard
Oh I find it, yes I find it hard
Find it very, very, very, very, very, very hard
Oh I find it, and I find it hard
Find it very, very, very, very, very, very hard
Oh I find it, and I find it hard
Find it very, very, very, very, very, very hard
Oh I find it, and I find it hard
Find it very, very, very, very, very, very hard
Oh I find it, yes I find it hard

[Outro]
I've got my feet in the clouds (Feet in the clouds)
(Head on the ground) Head on the ground
(I'm not a square) I'm not a square
(They're not around) As long as they're not around
(It's so hard) Yeah, but I find it so hard
(It's so hard, it's so hard) I find it so hard

Paul McCartney

Sir James Paul McCartney, born June 18, 1942, is the single most successful music artist of all time. He found worldwide fame as the bass player and vocalist for The Beatles, and has continued to enjoy commercial success long after the band’s breakup.

His post-Beatles projects—the most lucrative of which was the band Wings, alongside then-wife Linda Eastman—have been met with mixed critical reception but he still retains a substantial public following, regularly conducting worldwide arena tours well into his later years.

His album sales with The Beatles, Wings and solo endeavours combined come to over 100 million, and his net worth was estimated to be approximately $1.2 billion circa 2018. He was knighted in 1997 and is known for his activism.
