[Intro]
Gratitude, gratitude, gratitude

[Verse 1]
I'm so grateful for everything
You've ever given me
How can I explain what it means
To be loved by you?
By you, loved by you
Loved by you

[Chorus]
Show my gratitude, gratitude
Show my gratitude
I want to show my gratitude, gratitude
Yeah

[Verse 2]
Well I was lonely
I was living with a memory
But my cold and lonely nights ended
When you sheltered me
Loved by you, I was loved by you
Yeah, I was loved by you

[Chorus]
I want to show my gratitude
Want to show my gratitude
Yeah, show my gratitude to you
Gratitude, show my gratitude to you
Mmm, yeah

[Bridge]
I should stop loving you
Think what you put me through
But I don't want to lock my heart away
I will look forward to
Days when I'll be loving you
Until then, gonna wish and hope and pray
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah

[Chorus]
I want to show my gratitude, gratitude
Mmm, yeah I want to show my gratitude
Show my gratitude
Yeah my gratitude

[Outro]
To be loved by you, be loved by you
To be loved by you, loved by you
Gratitude, I want to show my
Gratitude
Gratitude

Paul McCartney

Sir James Paul McCartney, born June 18, 1942, is the single most successful music artist of all time. He found worldwide fame as the bass player and vocalist for The Beatles, and has continued to enjoy commercial success long after the band’s breakup.

His post-Beatles projects—the most lucrative of which was the band Wings, alongside then-wife Linda Eastman—have been met with mixed critical reception but he still retains a substantial public following, regularly conducting worldwide arena tours well into his later years.

His album sales with The Beatles, Wings and solo endeavours combined come to over 100 million, and his net worth was estimated to be approximately $1.2 billion circa 2018. He was knighted in 1997 and is known for his activism.
