[Verse 1]
Last night, you helped me through
Took me to the lovers zone
I saw there images
Projected on a wall of stone

[Pre-Chorus]
I stood inside Egyptian temples
I looked into eternal gardens
Lay on the shores of distant islands
Listening to the sea bird's song of joy

[Chorus]
Oh, I owe it all to you
You make me happy
Oh, I owe it all to you

[Verse 2]
Late last night, we were right
Into some exotic scene
Everywhere, images
Appearing on a giant screen

[Pre-Chorus]
I stood inside a glass cathedral
I looked into the golden canyon
Lay by the lakes of holy water
Glistening like a diamond in the light

[Chorus]
Oh, I owe it all to you
You make me happy
Oh, I owe it all to you

Oh, I owe it all to you
You make me happy
Oh, I owe it all to you

[Pre-Chorus Variation]
Egyptian temples, eternal gardens
Distant islands listening to the sea birds song of joy

[Chorus]
Oh, I owe it all to you
You make me happy
Oh, I owe it all to you

Paul McCartney

Sir James Paul McCartney, born June 18, 1942, is the single most successful music artist of all time. He found worldwide fame as the bass player and vocalist for The Beatles, and has continued to enjoy commercial success long after the band’s breakup.

His post-Beatles projects—the most lucrative of which was the band Wings, alongside then-wife Linda Eastman—have been met with mixed critical reception but he still retains a substantial public following, regularly conducting worldwide arena tours well into his later years.

His album sales with The Beatles, Wings and solo endeavours combined come to over 100 million, and his net worth was estimated to be approximately $1.2 billion circa 2018. He was knighted in 1997 and is known for his activism.
