A Boogie returned to release the sequel to his blow-up February 2016 mixtape Artist with Artist 2.0. The Rap Genius community was somewhat mixed on this project, but the overwhelming majority of users believed that this project just had too much filler in it for it to be cohesive as a project. Compared to its predecessor, Artist 2.0 had almost double the amount of tracks that Artist had, leading to it having 20 more minutes of runtime that its predecessor as well.
Some users did still find highlight among the tracklist, however, with "Numbers" featuring London on da Track and flaming-hot artists Gunna and Roddy Ricch being a favorite of most that enjoyed the record.
While there was a relatively negative reaction to the record, multiple users still believe in Boogie's talent and think that if he tightens up a record like this, he can shine more brightly than with 20 songs that blend together over the course of this record. Here's to hoping Boogie gets more concise and drops a 12-13 track bomb that we all know he's capable of.
