(scream) I just gotta get away
I can't stand it
Children suffer every day

Tell me baby
What's it for?
Fighting daily
For the turf

We're still killing each other
In the name of the Lord
There's a brand new graffiti
With blood on the walls

Peace... are you that far away?

Now you can feel it
Other people's pain
Love can heal it
Gentle as the rain

Oh, the United Nations drag their feet on the floor
All they do is spend your money
They don't tell you what for

Peace... what price do we have to pay?
Peace... there's gotta be a better way

People tell me it's useless to look for a way
I believe that tomorrow starts right here, today

Peace... are you that far away?
Peace... there's gotta be a better way

Peace... are you that far away?
Peace... there's gotta be a better way
Peace, peace
There's gotta be a better way
Peace, peace oh oh oh peace

Santana

Carlos Augusto Alves Santana (born July 20, 1947 in Autlán de Navarro, Jalisco) is a Mexican and American musician who became famous in the late 1960s and early 1970s with his band, Santana, which pioneered a fusion of rock and Latin American music. Carlos prefers to only play and leave lead vocals to guest singers. The band’s sound featured his melodic, blues-based guitar lines set against Latin and African rhythms featuring percussion instruments such as timbales and congas not generally heard in rock music. He experienced a resurgence of popularity and critical acclaim in the late 1990s. In 2003 Rolling Stone magazine listed Santana at number 20 on their list of the 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time. He has won ten Grammy Awards and three Latin Grammy Awards.
