[Verse 1]
I know you want to leave me
But I refuse to let you go
If I have to beg, plead for your sympathy
I don't mind Because you mean that much to me

[Chorus]
Ain’t too proud to beg and you know it
Please don't leave me girl, don't you go
Ain’t too proud to plead, baby, baby
Please don't leave me girl, don't you go

[Verse 2]
Now I heard a quiet man is half a man
With no sense of pride
But if I have to cry to keep you I don't mind weeping
If it will keep you by my side

[Chorus]
Ain't too proud to beg and you know it
Please don't leave me girl, don't you go
Ain't too proud to plead, baby, baby
Please don’t leave me girl, don’t you go

[Verse 3]
If I have to sleep on your door step all night and day
Just to keep you from walking away
Let your friends laugh, even this I can stand
Because I want to keep you anywhere I can

[Chorus]
Ain't too proud to beg and you know it
Please don’t leave me girl, don't you go
Ain't too proud to plead, baby, baby
Please don't leave me girl, don’t you go

[Verse 4]
Now I've got a love so deep in the pit of my heart
And each day it grows more and more
I'm not ashamed to come and plead to you, baby
If pleading keeps you from walking out the door

[Outro]
Ain't too proud to beg and you know it
Please don't leave me girl, don't you go
Ain't too proud to plead, baby, baby
Please don't leave me girl, don't you go

[Audience Applause]

The Rolling Stones

Formed in London in 1962, The Rolling Stones led the “British Invasion” along with The Beatles and were so successful their influence can be seen in arguably every rock ‘n’ roll band that followed.

Three of the current members have been there since the band’s singer Mick Jagger and guitarist Keith Richards, who write the majority of the band’s catalogue and also produced some albums as The Glimmer Twins; and drummer Charlie Watts. The fourth official member is guitarist Ronnie Wood, who has been there since 1975 (the keyboardist and bassist who play in studio and live are usually not listed). The Stones have released more than 20 studio albums, and even as age caught up on them, continued to be a huge attraction on the live circuit, with big stadium tours continuing through the 1990s, 2000s and into the 2010s.
