[Verse 1: The Rolling Stones]
Button your lip, baby, button your coat
Let's go out dancing, go for the throat
Let's bury the hatchet, wipe out the past
Make love together, stay on the path

[Chorus: The Rolling Stones, Sara Dash & Lisa Fischer]
You're not the only one with mixed emotions
You're not the only ship adrift on this ocean

[Verse 2: The Rolling Stones]
This coming and going is driving me nuts
This to-ing and fro-ing is hurting my guts
So get off the fence now, you're creasing your butt
Life is a party, let's get out and strut, yeah

[Chorus: The Rolling Stones, Sara Dash & Lisa Fischer]
You're not the only one with mixed emotions
You're not the only ship adrift on this ocean
You're not the only one that's feeling lonesome
You're not the only one with mixed emotions

[Post-Chorus: The Rolling Stones, Sara Dash & Lisa Fischer]
You're not the only one
You're not the only one

[Verse 3: The Rolling Stones]
Let's grab the world by the scruff of the neck
And drink it down deeply and love it to death
So button your lip, baby, button your coat
Let's go out dancing, let's rock and roll

[Chorus: The Rolling Stones, Sara Dash & Lisa Fischer]
You're not the only one with mixed emotions
You're not the only ship adrift on this ocean
You're not the only one that's feeling lonesome
You're not the only one with mixed emotions
Mixed emotions

[Outro: The Rolling Stones, Sara Dash & Lisa Fischer]
You're not the only one
You're not the only one
You're not the only one
You're not the only one
You're not the only one

The Rolling Stones

Formed in London in 1962, The Rolling Stones led the “British Invasion” along with The Beatles and were so successful their influence can be seen in arguably every rock ‘n’ roll band that followed.

Three of the current members have been there since the band’s singer Mick Jagger and guitarist Keith Richards, who write the majority of the band’s catalogue and also produced some albums as The Glimmer Twins; and drummer Charlie Watts. The fourth official member is guitarist Ronnie Wood, who has been there since 1975 (the keyboardist and bassist who play in studio and live are usually not listed). The Stones have released more than 20 studio albums, and even as age caught up on them, continued to be a huge attraction on the live circuit, with big stadium tours continuing through the 1990s, 2000s and into the 2010s.
