[Intro: Amelle, Tinchy]
Whoa oh, whoa oh, and I will never leave ya (I will never leave)
Whoa oh, whoa oh, and I will never leave ya (I will never leave)
Whoa oh, whoa oh, and I will never leave ya (And I will never leave)
Whoa oh, whoa oh, and I will never leave ya
I'm still loving you like it was the first time
I'm still loving you like it was the first time (Like the very first time)
Yeah...

[Verse 1: Tinchy]
Hey yo I've been there, right here on the Bow streets
Late nights tryna write, mum saying "go sleep"
A king here, music world at my own feet
Dealing with the mainstream, I thank the Lord daily
I'm sincere and I've been from the start
Ask Dyl, ask Will, man I've had it in my heart
So I've dropped tears, and everything's changed
Reminiscing them days, tryna turn the page 'cause I

[Bridge: Amelle]
I've been around the world, I've seen so many places
Living the life, I've worked so hard to make it
Trading the world for money, stars and power
Living my life at a hundred miles an hour

[Chorus: Amelle, Tinchy]
I'm loving you like it was the first time (Like the very first time)
I'm still loving you like it was the first time (Like the very first time)
Yeah...
Whoa oh, whoa oh, and I will never leave ya (I will never leave)
Whoa oh, whoa oh, and I will never leave ya

[Verse 2: Tinchy, Amelle, Both]
You must be joking, don't tell me that it's over (Yeah...)
I'm driving the scene forward, I'm a chauffeur
It's open, so come, we all enter
Tired of being in the back, now we're centre
We're chosen but they're telling us we're selling out
All we wanna do is open doors, man, hear me out
We're frozen, 'cause they left us in the cold
Only right I took my chance, now I'm bringing it home, 'cause I

[Bridge: Amelle, Both]
I've been around the world, I've seen so many places
Living the life, I've worked so hard to make it
Trading the world for money, stars and power
Living my life at a hundred miles an hour

[Chorus: Amelle, Tinchy, Both]
I'm loving you like it was the first time (Like the very first time)
I'm still loving you like it was the first time (Like the very first time)
Yeah...
Whoa oh, whoa oh, and I will never leave ya (I will never leave)
Whoa oh, whoa oh, and I will never leave ya (I will never leave)
Whoa oh, whoa oh, and I will never leave ya (I will never leave)
Whoa oh, whoa oh, and I will never leave ya

[Middle 8: Tinchy, Amelle, Both]
And yo, I dived in
And now I'm swimming in the deep end
And I've been gone since the weekend
So how's your week been?
Without me, how you keeping?
Well this is comeback season
(Comeback season, well this is comeback season)
Well this is comeback season
I call it comeback, I've seen the whole map
And I'll be back by the evening
Hey...!!

[Chorus/Outro: Amelle, Tinchy, Both]
'Cause I'm still loving you like it was the first time (Like the very first time)
I'm still loving you like it was the first time (Oh, still love you) (Like the very first time)
I'm still loving you like it was the first time (Ooh, no no) (Like the very first time)
I'm still loving you like it was the first time (Like the very first time)

Tinchy Stryder

Kwasi Danquah (born 14th September 1986) better known by many as Tinchy Stryder, is a UK rap and grime artist from Bow, East London. There he was one of the founding members of grime crew Ruff Sqwad] who all originated from Bow area. Though he was part of legendary group Roll Deep for a period of time. Stepping out as a solo MC he created major waves releasing his debut album independently Star In The Hood in 2007.

Signing with major record label Island Records Tinchy linked up with producer Fraser T Smith to work on helping him create a more mainstream record that had potential to crossover. This was a success as it churned out “Stryderman” which did make an impact on the charts, but it was the following singles that propelled his career to new heights. In the year of 2009 “Take me back” featuring Taio Cruz debuted at three and both “Number 1” a duet with Dappy and Never Leave You at one. Topping off this all Catch 22 his first label record album topped the charts too, making Tinchy Stryder the biggest selling artists of that year in the United Kingdom across all genres.

The second album Third Strike featuring a guest of American acts, did not do much commercially. This is despite it featuring the follow up single to “Never Leave You” with “Second Chance” featuring Taio Cruz once again featuring. Though it did include to street smashing “Game Over Remix”](genius.com/Tinchy-stryder-game-over-remix-lyrics) with verses from rappers Giggs, Professor Green, Example, Tinie Tempah and Chipmunk respectively.
