[Chorus]
Dear Abby, woah oh
Talk to me, woah oh
Put my mind at ease
Will you help me please?
Unhappy, woah oh
Asking me, woah oh
Tell me what I need
Am I straight to write the deed?

[Verse 1]
We saw that they were seeing each other
Now I knew he had another
He was just supposed to be a part-time thing
Now I think I'm gonna leave and love him
And I just can't control it
So I'm asking you
What should I do?

[Chorus]
Dear Abby, woah oh (dear Abby)
Talk to me, woah oh (talk to me, yeah)
Put my mind at ease
Will you help me please?
Unhappy, woah oh (unhappy)
Asking me, woah oh (asking me)
Tell me what I need (yeah, yeah)
Am I straight to write the deed?

[Verse 2]
Oh, please can you help me?
See, I knew that he was married
But it was meant to be a temporary type of thing
Am I wrong to feel this way?
[?] his family
Please answer me, oh yeah

[Chorus]
Dear Abby, woah oh (dear Abby, hey)
Talk to me, woah oh (talk to me, hey)
Put my mind at ease (yeah)
Will you help me please? (ooh, oh yeah)
Unhappy, woah oh (unhappy)
Asking me, woah oh (asking me)
Tell me what I need (ooh yeah yeah)
Am I straight to write the deed? (dear Abby)

[Bridge]
Even though you've heard it on the phone (and even though you've heard it)
I'm ready 'cause I gotta know for sure (gotta know for sure)
I think I know exactly what you'll say (let me know it's okay)
Still I wanna hear that it's okay (tell me, tell me, Abby anyway)
Tell me my protection was insured (was insured)
I can't keep a secret anymore (hold it no more, yeah)
Help me please before I go insane (driving me crazy, help me Abby)

[Chorus]
Dear Abby, woah oh
Talk to me, woah oh
Put my mind at ease
Will you help me please?
Unhappy, woah oh
Asking me, woah oh
Tell me what I need
Am I straight to write the deed?
Dear Abby, woah oh
Talk to me, woah oh
Put my mind at ease
Will you help me please?
Unhappy, woah oh
Asking me, woah oh
Tell me what I need
Am I straight to write the deed?
