[Verse 1: Young Thug & Post Malone]
Ayy, hey, ayy
They  say love is blind, I can't do the time
I want a watch, this kind, but they don't know no buyin'
With a bottle of Synthroid, can I buy it, I don't know
You the one that said you were doin' it
And  you said you were doin' it, you're doin' it, you're doin' it
You say that what you're doin', you're doin', you're doin'
You told me that what, what you're doin', you're doin', you're doin'
What would you do?
If your brother left you, what would you do?
If them niggas came for you, you better pursue (watch out)
I just spent 10 racks on a dog from Germany, no Purdue
Oops, I meant Dupri, jewelry sitting on A/C
Ayy, they said it wouldn't hurt when you go
But I don't even know anymore
It's a gone on a fourty, yeah, you know
Hey, ayy, hey

[Bridge: Post Malone]
But I'ma, I'ma come home soon, I'ma come home soon, I'ma come home
Ayy, yeah I gotta do
Ayy, I gotta do what I gotta do
I'ma come home, I'ma come home soon
Believe that's true, ayy

[Verse 2: Young Thug & Post Malone]
I wanna know, tell me lil' baby, I wanna know
I wanna know
I got the show, fuck my show, be my show (what)
I got them loafs, I'm with Metro, he got some more (yeah)
I don't gotta talk, look at my jewelry, it can say more, hey
You smoke that kushy, man I'm so goody, I want some cookies
Fuck on your daughter, fuck on my brother, now she gon' diss you
I got them racks, I was just buyin', you was just lookin'
I bought her diamonds and she just smilin', she think she's tooken
But, this for the love of my fans
I'm smokin' pot while in Japan
Blacker the berry, drink my cran
Bae you dig it and I'm the sand (dig)
I remember, I remember
I remember when you said it was the same
And you wrong, oh no, no
But I don't think it all, all the same, it all the same, no, why

[Refrain: Young Thug & Post Malone]
Well this is why-a-why-a-why (ahh)
Well this is why-a-why-a-why (why)
Well this is why-a-why-a-why (ooh)

[Outro: Post Malone]
Ooh, ooh
The same thing as before
I know you understand that you in my heart, oh no, no, oh no
Ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh
My momma say don't let go
I won't let go when you say you'll come home
I might be going when I say I'll come home
My, yeah, oh, oh yeah, oh, ahh, ooh-ooh
Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah
I don't wanna go now

Young Thug

Jeffery Lamar Williams (b. August 16, 1991), popularly known as Young Thug, is an innovative trap artist from Atlanta known for his experimental vocal styles on versatile production ranging from hard trap beats to experimental pop records. Thug is known as a pioneer for much of the 2010s generation of rap, and his constant cosigns, features, and chart presence cement his status as a leader in the streaming era and current rap scene.

While Young Thug released his first mixtape in 2011, it wasn’t until fellow ATL trap artist Gucci Mane took Thug under his wing in 2013 that he began to see great success as an artist. That year, Thug released his first major hit, “Stoner,” which quickly gained viral traction on social media, then “Danny Glover,” which propelled him to an even larger scale of success. After Gucci Mane went to prison in 2013, Thug saw success by re-aligning himself with Cash Money Records’s own Birdman and his newly-formed Rich Gang collective with the hit single “Lifestyle” and a collaborative mixtape before officially signing to 300 Ent. in 2015. Under 300, Thug continued to release many more singles, mixtapes, and features, gradually boosting his popularity before releasing his debut album, So Much Fun, which topped the Billboard 200 on August 31, 2019.

After 2015’s “Best Friend” became Thug’s first platinum single, his 2016 collaboration with Travis Scott, “pick up the phone,” became his new highest-charting song on the Billboard Hot 100. This would later be succeeded by “Havana” with Camila Cabello, the best-selling single of 2018. However, his current highest-charting song as lead artist is “Hot,” which topped the Rolling Stone 100 and peaked at #11 on the Billboard Hot 100, surpassing his previous biggest hit, “The London,” which peaked at #12 on the Billboard Hot 100.
