Nile Gregory Rodgers (born September 19, 1952 – New York) is a legendary American guitarist, composer, arranger, songwriter, musician and record producer.
Co-founder of the notorious disco band Chic, his brilliant ideas and his iconic guitar, nicknamed as “Hitmaker”, have contributed to sell more than 500 million albums and 75 million singles worldwide, counting all his writing, producing and performing features.
Plus, his fame has been cemented by his introduction in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the victory of three Grammy Awards and his role as a mentor of the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
