Lukman Olanrewaju Odunaike (b. 17 April 1998), is a British rapper-singer of Nigerian heritage, hailing from Hackney London and is more commonly known as Not3s (pronounced “Notes”). The stage-name sports the ‘E’ being replaced to a ‘3’ due to the three distinct meanings it “money notes”, “music notes”, and “take note of me”.

Varying between genre and style, Not3s possesses the lyrical finesse and singing ability to escape pigeonholing as he drifts between UK Rap and R&B expertly. He cites the late-great Long Beach, California artist Nate Dogg as one of his main inspirations due to his melodies.

Not3’s breakthrough came in the form of his October 2016 single “Addison Lee”, which became a viral hit and landed on the UK Singles Charts at Number 57. Showing off his versatility from R&B to UK Rap, he followed up with 2017 singles “Notice”, “Aladdin” and “My Lover”, the latter in which landed at Number 17 on the UK Singles Chart – and all featured on his debut mixtape Takes Not3s, released in November 17 2017.
