Olivia Rodrigo and Joshua Bassett are both singers, songwriters and actors that portray characters Ricky Bowen and Nini Salazar-Roberts on the Disney+ original series “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series”.

The pair duet on several songs on the “HSM:TM:TS” soundtrack, including “I Think I Kinda, You Know” and “Just For a Moment”. Bassett and Rodrigo co-wrote the song “Just For a Moment” for their Disney+ series after being approached by Disney with an offer to submit a song for the show, with knowledge that the two are aspiring songwriters. The song was selected for the show and was featured in Episode 8 of Season 1.

Bassett and Rodrigo performed their original song “Just For a Moment” live at VEVO, and have performed other songs from the show and from the original “High School Musical” movie at numerous events together.
