Reggie Mills is an artist hailing from Montclair, New Jersey where he was brought up listening to classical artists Beethoven and Mozart and more recent artists including Nirvana, Led Zeppelin and Tupac. As the oldest of three children, he began writing his own lyrics in 2006 at the age of 12 before enrolling in Rutgers University in Newark, NJ in 2008 – he dropped out a month and a half later. 2013 saw Reggie connect with founder and CEO of Amalgam Digital, Joe Anyextee, at which point he interned at the company before being hired as a record executive in 2014, talent scouting and managing a team of interns. 2015 saw Mills' promotion to VP, facilitating all business affairs and artist development. Amalgam Digital made a name for itself through association with Lil B, Wave God Max B and post-Def Jam Joe Budden. About this experience, Reggie said

I learned a lot about fundamentals. I was able to copyright my music properly and properly submit my music to the right places. But, in a nutshell, the experience opened my mind to the independent side of the game … how to manipulate things and connect to people in the right way to further yourself without having to compromise or pay investments to other companies.

December 2014 saw the release of his EP, Live to Prosper under the Amalgam Digital imprint. November 2015 saw the release of the Reggie Mills EP, April 2016 was Reggie Flair EP’s release and soon he began his North American tour. Having already worked with artists like Playboi Carti, UnoTheActivist and Smokepurpp, his Reggie Flair Volume 2 compilation claims to feature artists including XXXTentacion, Ski Mask The Slump God and D Savage. His collaboration with Boogz Boogetz, Squady Boyz EP is set for release too.
