Shinhwa is a first generation K-Pop boy group launched under SM Entertainment. The group debuted in 1998 and has gone on to become the longest-running boy group in the history of K-Pop. In their 20 years long career, Shinhwa has released over 13 studio albums and have constantly changed and rebranded themselves to suit their age and era of music.
Shinhwa has been credited by many younger artists as a source of inspiration. They are praised for their intense choreographies.
Their fan club, Shinhwa Changjo is also the longest running fan club in K-Pop.
