The Supremes were an American girl group from Detroit, Michigan. Fronted by Diana Ross, other members included Florence Ballard, Mary Wilson and Cindy Birdsong.
To this day, the Supremes remain the USA’s most successful vocal group, with 12 number ones on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, including “You Can’t Hurry Love”, “Baby Love” and “You Keep Me Hangin' On”.
