Taajwar Hakeem Latimore (born October 3, 1993), better known by his stage name Thouxanbanfauni, is a rapper born in Chattanooga, TN and raised in Atlanta. He is one of the main contributors to the 2010s SoundCloud hip-hop scene.
Fauni began releasing music in the early 2010s as Taaj Keem, Fauni Taaj Keem, or Fauni. His first official release as Thouxanbanfauni was the single “Rihanna Wrist,” which dropped on March 19, 2015, onto his SoundCloud. In July of that year, he dropped For Christ Sake, a collaborative mixtape with UnoTheActivist.
Fauni’s debut mixtape came with Heavy Weight Champ, released January 16, 2017. Fauni finished out 2017 with The Exfiles.
