Wonder Girls
Wonder Girls ( 원더걸스) is a South Korean girl group under JYP Entertainment who debuted in 2007. The group final line-up consisted of Yubin, SUNMI and HYERIM. They were co-managed in the United States by Creative Artists Agency. The group disbanded in 2017. The group’s original line-up included HyunA, Sohee, and Sunye.
The group entered the American market in 2009 as an opening act for The Jonas Brothers‘ World Tour, performing the English version of their hit single “Nobody”. In late 2009, “Nobody” charted at #76 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, making the Wonder Girls the first South Korean group to enter the chart.
In 2010, Wonder Girls released a compilation album that included Chinese versions of their hit singles “Tell Me”, “So Hot” and “Nobody”. In 2012, Wonder Girls signed with Sony Music Japan, for their Japanese debut.
