[Verse 1: Nathaniel Motte]
I know your insides are feeling so hallow
And it's a hard pill for you to swallow

[Pre-Chorus: Nathaniel Motte]
But if I fall for you, I'll never recover
If I fall for you, I'll never be the same

[Chorus: Sean Foreman]
I really wanna love somebody
I really wanna dance the night away
I know we're only halfway there
But you can take me all the way
You can take me all the way, ayy-ayy
I really wanna touch somebody
I think about you every single day
I know we're only halfway there
But you can take me all the way
You can take me all the way, ayy-ayy

[Verse 2: Nathaniel Motte]
You'rе such a hard act for me to follow
Love me today, don't need mе tomorrow (Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh)

[Pre-Chorus: Nathaniel Motte]
But if I fall for you, I'll never recover
If I fall for you, I'll never be the same

[Chorus: Sean Foreman]
I really wanna love somebody
I really wanna dance the night away
I know we're only halfway there
But you can take me all the way
You can take me all the way, ayy-ayy
I really wanna touch somebody
I think about you every single day
I know we're only halfway there
But you can take me all the way
You can take me all the way, ayy-ayy

[Outro: Sean Foreman]
I wake up sweatin' bullets
From the heartbreaks that you shoot at me
My job's to use my pen
Wrote in the codependency
I know that love is just a word, I never learned how to pronounce
Found out it's a verb
So I should shut, should shut my mouth, now
So I should shut, should shut my mouth, now
