[Chorus]
She's burning the honky tonks down
Burnin' the honky tonks down
Smoke's been rising all over town

[Verse 1]
She's burning the honky tonks down
She caught me running around (Yeah)
She was dancing in the ashes when they caught her with them matches
She's burning the honky tonks down (Burnin' down)

[Verse 2]
Well she's burning the honky tonks down (B-b-burnin')
I tried but I couldn't put them out (Yeah)
Did the best to save the whiskey but the flame's just too risky
She's burning the honky tonks down (Burnin' down)

[Verse 3]
She's burning the honky tonks down (Burn, burn)
She couldn't stop that honky tonk sound
It was sizzling like a griddle when I ran out with my fiddle
She's burning the honky tonks down (Burnin' down)
Fiddle

[Instrumental Break]

[Verse 4]
She's burning the honky tonks down (B-b-burnin')
She's down in the jailhouse now (Jailhouse now)
Said she felt no remorse for breaking out that torch
She's burning the honky tonks down (Burnin' down)

[Chorus]
Yes, she's burning the honky tonks down
Burnin' the honky tonks down
Smoke's been rising all over town
She's burning the honky tonks down
Aww burn it up boys

[Instrumental Break]

[Outro]
Well that smoke's been a rising all over town
She's burning the honky tonks down (Burnin' down)
