Here I am, turning one more page of timeOnce again, I need something to ease my mindAnd though I pray, I don't believe the words I sayanymore to my GodStill I call out your name
I'm still here, I don't need you to be strong
I'll stay near, and help you carry on

In my life, help me when I lose my way
Lay your hands, over me and ease the pain
When I go, across the fields I used to know
Will you love me so well, in your way

When I rise, I feel a shadow over me
In these eyes, the churning of a restless sea
Dark and cold, still somehow I need to know
What I lose in this world, lives somewhere in my soul

I'm still here, I don't need you to be strong
I'll stay near, and help you carry on

In my life, help me when I lose my way
Lay your hands, over me and ease the pain
When I go, across the fields I used to know
Will you love me so well, in your way

And I don't know, anymore
Still I call out your name

Raise your eyes, in the distance you will see
Those dark skys, don't go on endlessly

In my life, help me when I lose my way
Lay your hands, over me and ease the pain
When I go, across the fields I used to know
Will you love me so well, in your way

...love me so well... in your way...

Ambrosia

Ambrosia is a soft rock band from Los Angeles discovered in 1971 by Los Angeles Philharmonic conductor Zubin Mehta, who featured the group as part of an All-American Dream Concert (Pops concert). It took them another four years to get signed to a record contract.

Between 1975 and 1982, Ambrosia racked up five Grammy nominations, toured with Fleetwood Mac, Heart, and The Doobie Brothers, and scored five US top 40 hits including two top fives: “Biggest Part Of Me” and “How Much I Feel”.

The group split in 1982, but reunited in 1989 and has continued touring and releasing compilations of their old hits. In 2015, the group released a new single, “Hopes and Dreams”, which was featured in the Fox series The Sparrows.
