[Verse 1]
Before you go, before you close your eyes
Hold still and bear my one last plea
The air's still stale and I can't help my sighs
Unbearable pain from such a small little seed

[Chorus]
You're falling away right in front of my face
You're holding on to that last piece of grace
I promise I'll try not to give up this fight
Let me love you one more night

[Verse 2]
Smiling to hide destruction inside
I'm trembling with fear underneath my skin
These last few hours I'll forget about my pride, and
Show you the colors that lie deep within

[Chorus]
You're falling away right in front of my face
You're holding on to that last piece of grace
I promise I'll try not to give up this fight
Let me love you one more night

[Bridge]
It's ten past the hour
How much longer will I have to stand this
Test of being much stronger?

[Chorus]
I feel like I'm falling, I'm falling, falling away
Right in front of your face
I'm holding on to that last piece of grace
Promise you'll try not to give up this fight
Let me love you one more night
